This two-bedroom bungalow-style villa with a private swimming pool is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet only a few minutes' walk from the resort centre and beach. It is a great choice for everyone looking for a peaceful holiday with easy access to amenities.

As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious open-plan dining and living area. The living area is stylishly furnished with leather sofas, a coffee table, flat screen TV with android system and wireless internet connection for your entertainment. The room is bright and warm with large patio doors opening out onto the outdoor furnished terrace area and swimming pool.

The adjacent modern dining area features a glass table with four chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all necessary utensils and equipment, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Patio doors open onto the veranda.

The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom features a double bed, bedside cabinets with matching lamps, built in wardrobes and has the luxury of an en-suite shower room. The bedroom is decorated in neutral tones and roller blinds complement the windows overlooking the rear side of the bungalow.

The second bedroom of the villa features twin beds with a bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobes and roller blinds. Next to this bedroom, there is a shared family bathroom.

The property offers air conditioning for cooling and heating throughout (see rental rates). The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

The outside area is where you will find the furnished terrace and private 8m x 4m swimming pool with walk-in steps (depths 0.90m x 1.90m), which is set with ample sun loungers and umbrellas. The barbecue provided guarantees the perfect al-fresco dining experience whilst savouring the stunning Mediterranean Sea views.

The villa has private gated parking for 1 car.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
