Boasting a prime east-facing location, guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding ravine. Just a stone's throw away (uphill on the walk to the square) from the Village Square shops, restaurants, and resort amenities, convenience is at your doorstep.

Inside, the villa exudes modern sophistication with its airy open-plan layout. Italian-style kitchen units, marble bathrooms, and either marble or parquet flooring adorn the interior, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.

The spacious living/dining area is a focal point, featuring French doors that lead out to the pool terrace. Stylishly furnished with a white L-shaped sofa and chic accessories, the lounge exudes relaxation. A separate lounge area offers additional seating options.

The adjacent dining area seamlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen, complete with high-gloss units and top-of-the-line appliances. A ground floor guest WC adds convenience.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite boasts parquet flooring, elegant furnishings, and a private balcony with side sea views. Two equally stylish bedrooms offer twin beds and access to a shared bath/shower room.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Private one arrival & one departure transfer, daily Breakfast included, daily Maid Service, luxury food hamper (for 5 night stay and over), branded bathroom amenities, unlimited use of the Aphrodite Hills Kids Club (ages 3-12 years only), valid for the duration of stay, The Retreat Spa: Access to Gym, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, valid for duration of stay, without a locker. Access to the hotel health club area indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room) and the splash park of the hotel (summer months), and preferential booking status at Resort Restaurants.

An electric Kw/h reading will be made upon arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 400 KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at €0.35 cents. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
