This 3-bedroom villa furnished to a high standard is in Peyia and within a 5-minute drive of the popular family resort of Coral Bay.

The modern and spacious open plan living area features comfortable sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, wireless internet access, sound system, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast bar.

The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the outside.

Moving upstairs you will find two further bedrooms; the master bedroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The last bedroom is a double bedroom with a wet room. Both bedrooms have private balconies with views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout and a security alarm system.

From the living area, you can access the outside where you will find the furnished terrace, 12m x 4m swimming pool (with depths 1m to 1.6m) and hot tub. The furnished terrace together with the barbecue allows for you to truly enjoy al fresco dining. For the more energetic members of the group, there is table tennis to be enjoyed.

Please note: Changeover days of a Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday are only accepted. The villa is located on the same resort as Villa 551858, 550454 and 555779. The villas are similar in style, layout and facilities the photography featured is representative of the villas. Please note soft furnishings, curtains, linen etc may vary in colour and style between villas.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €600 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.
