This 3-bedroom villa furnished to a high standard is in Peyia and within a 5-minute drive of the popular family resort of Coral Bay.

The modern and spacious open plan living area features comfortable sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, wireless internet access, sound system, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast bar.

The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the outside.

Moving upstairs you will find two further bedrooms; the master bedroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The last bedroom is a double bedroom with a wet room. Both bedrooms have private balconies with views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout and a security alarm system.

From the living area, you can access the outside where you will find the furnished terrace, 12m x 4m swimming pool (with depths 1m to 1.6m) and hot tub. The furnished terrace together with the barbecue allows you to truly enjoy al fresco dining. For the more energetic members of the group, there is table tennis to be enjoyed.

Please note: Changeover days of a Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday are only accepted. The villa is located next to Villa 550454 both villas are similar in style, layout and facilities the photography featured is representative of the two villas. Soft furnishings, curtains, linen etc may vary in colour and style between villas.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €600 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

The villa is amazing, it is a great place to go with your friends as you have everything you need in the villa. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, the villa itself was very modern one of the best things about the villa was the hot tub which many villas don’t have in that area.

Modern, stylish, immaculate villas with amazing amenities and stunning views reflecting extremely excellent value. I also like the fact that the development was constructed by a family business, who own, operate and manage all of the villas within this small gated community. One of the family members/ owners also took the time to introduce himself personally and was available and quick to respond to any query throughout. A very classy touch. I will certainly be back and have already recommended them to a number of people both in the UK and Paphos

Villa Golden Shore is just as good as the photos! We will be back. Located in a secure gated complex of just 6 villas, our stay was quiet and peaceful. A hire car is definitely recommended but Coral Bay and Pegeia are only a 5min drive away and Paphos Harbour is 20/25min. The villa is very modern and clean, with some excellent touches such as smart curtains, smart TV with the ability to connect to Apple TV and Netflix, great Wi-Fi, a built-in Bluetooth sound system and 5-star hotel quality bedrooms (with pillow menu) and bathrooms. Outside facilities were great too with an excellent dining area, BBQ, table tennis table, hot tub and infinity pool. There are stunning views towards the sea, Potima beach, and Paphos in the distance. Communication with Stephanie and Michalis was excellent before, during and after our stay. We were able to organise in-villa treatments with a recommended therapist. Our request for a cot and high chair was no problem, and both were waiting in the villa on arrival for our young daughter too. Arrival and departing food gifts were also much appreciated and a great touch. Highly recommended!!

The manager of the villa fixed a small signal issue with the Wi-fi within a day without any fuss. Would highly recommend the villa and The Villa Group.
