This 5 bedroom spacious villa is situated amidst banana groves in the exclusive Sea Caves area yet only a two minute drive to the popular area of Coral Bay. There are 2 tavernas within 100m of the villa.
Upon entering the villa you will find the living area featuring comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player with a book collection, wireless internet connection and a CD player. There are patio doors from the living area leading to a furnished terrace area. Air conditioning is available in the living area (see rental rates). The wood burner in the living area makes it warm and cosy, and ideal for the winter months.

Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area offers a formal dining table with 10 chairs.
The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. A guest WC is also located on this floor.
Moving to the first floor you will find the villa’s bedrooms; double bedroom (queen size bed) with en suite bathroom, double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms. The bedrooms offer beds with orthopaedic mattresses and furnished balconies with views of the banana groves and the Mediterranean Sea. One of the twin bedrooms offers a balcony with views of the mountains.
A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
A utility room is found on the first floor where the washing machine is located.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning units for cooling and heating in the bedrooms and is included in the cost of the booking. Two safety deposit boxes, hairdryers in each bedroom and iron and ironing board are available.
Outside, the 9m x 5m private swimming pool (depth 1.80m deepest) is surrounded by a paved terrace with sunbeds, hammock and umbrellas. The furnished patio area and wooden pergola allow for you to truly enjoy the Cypriot experience of al fresco dining. At the rear of the property and accessed from the kitchen/dining area you will find a further paved area with outdoor seating for 10 guests and a brick-built barbecue.
For the more energetic guests, a table tennis and football table are located in the outside area.

The changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings may not be accepted.
