We had a lovely stay as a big family at this place. We have travelled to this region a lot as a family but never stayed in this villa or area. We really enjoyed the different area, very quiet and peaceful and the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The outside space with the sofas was a great place to relax and socialise as a family. Many villas don't have this but we find it really important to have a good space outside to relax in. Highly recommend this villa

We have booked through The Villa Group a couple times and each time we have had really good service. Our stay this year was at this villa in Miliou. This was a change to our original booking due to a change in circumstances of the owner. Throughout the process The Villa Group were very helpful and we decided on this villa. This villa was larger than we needed though on arrival it had everything we needed. It was just perfect from the inside and outside areas, with a great pool, amazing views, a quiet and private surrounding area with no one overlooking us in any direction. Our only little thing to overcome was the steep drive, however with practice it was easily accessed. The local area has some fantastic authentic local places to eat with tasty traditional food which were all great value for money. The owner and his family visited a couple of times and were always very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book through the Villa Group again and have recommended them to our friends and family.

This villa was gorgeous with amazing views and not far from local villages and towns. You definitely need a car that can handle the steep incline to the villa entrance. We were 3 families with children and it was a perfect stay from the beginning with clear instructions on how to get there, a home-made pie and a warm welcome by the host family, up to the good-sized pool with a view just like in the pictures. The bedrooms are all with an AC. No issues with bathrooms. The kitchen and the dining area are spacious and with all the utensils you might need. The main place to sit in the yard is close to the pool and in the shade with several others available if you want privacy. The host Anthos came several times to see if we were ok. And it was so nice of him to send me the cardigan that I left by post- thank you, Anthos:) We would definitely recommend the place.

We stayed at the villa for a week with 3 other couples, 2 children and our 4mo baby. We also got married here during our time and the villa let us host a welcome meal for our close friends and family, which was amazing. The villa was a big hit! The villa had breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains from every window and viewpoint. It is set over 3 floors. The infinity pool was beautiful with 8 sunbeds and parasols neatly placed. There was ample seating indoors and out, adequate bedrooms and a bathroom for each couple which was a great. There was a bbq outdoors which required coal to use. The kitchen facilities were great and there was plenty kitchenware for when we hosted a welcome meal. The driveway was very, very steep and you definitely needed to be in 1st gear with acceleration! The only thing that would’ve made our stay more comfortable was if there could have been aircon in the main house, there was aircon in all bedrooms but the living area could get quite stuffy at times. Anthos, the owner, was very helpful and friendly, he helped us figure out the wifi etc. You definitely need a car if staying here, shops aren’t too far away and Paphos was about 40 minutes drive. Overall, we had an amazing stay here and everything suited our party just right, the villa never felt crowded despite there being a lot of us. We have some amazing memories here, so thank you! Booking through The Villa Group was straightforward and seamless. They were easy to get in touch with, gave regular updates on payment and provided information clearly highlighted, so we would not forget. They were efficient, answering any queries promptly and always very friendly. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend to others. Thank you!

My husband, adult son and myself spent a week at the villa and it was great. The location was amazing as were the views. The pictures don't do the views justice. I spent the week on a lounger by the pool looking at the views or in the pool looking at the views. It was so peaceful and relaxing and we were not overlooked by any other villa so very private. You definitely need a car, preferably a big one as the road to the villa is steep and winding. Polis is just up the road with great restaurants and the beach a bit further on, again you need a car, but very easy to drive here. We arrived late at night so the food left by the owner was well received, the best assortment of any villa we have stayed at ( bread, cheese, ham, milk, juice, wine, cereal, cake and fresh oranges.) We definitely would love to return and would recommend. The villa was spacious and homely with everything we needed.

5* stay. We had a wonderful stay at this villa. We were 3 families or 11 people in total. Space for everyone. BEAUTIFUL! The view, the pool, the inside of the villa... The listing photos exactly match the villa. And this view.. Our only regret...Not able to rent the 2 weeks for our stay in Cyprus. As stated in the other reviews, it is necessary to have a vehicle because it is a little far from Paphos and Polis although ideally located at the level of these 2 cities. Big and small were delighted. We all want to come back to this villa. We also want to thank the owners for the delicate attention to our arrival (fruit, water,...and a homemade cake).

The villa was stunning, just like the photos! I stayed for a week in June 2023 and was not disappointed. The building and the pool and beautiful and the surroundings are exceptional. You can see many stars as it is pretty far from light pollution. You will need a car (and a good one!) to get around Cyprus in general, but also to get up to the villa. There is a very steep driveway, but it's so worth it. I contact The Villa Group before the trip and they were very helpful. When there, I almost exclusively contacted the owner, Anthos. He is a very kind and helpful man, who came to collect a large spider that I was nervous about. There was also a cake and basic foods for our first night, which was very handy. Aircon only in bedrooms, one bedroom only accessible from the outside of building. I would love to stay again!

This was our third stay in the quiet village of Miliou but the first booked through The Villa Group. The Villa Group website is both informative and easy to use. Lisa responded to all our questions promptly and helpfully. The villa is a large villa, ideal for up to 3 families, with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is large and airy. There is a second cooker and a dishwasher in the utility room. Outside, there is plenty of space around the large swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and a great covered platform with comfortable seating for 7 people. The villa comes with a Cypriot barbecue, ideal for lamb souvla. A rental car is essential. Access is via a paved track, which is quite steep for the last 50 metres. The owner, Anthos, and his parents who live in Miliou, were most attentive and generous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The standard inventory is short on towels and pillows but you just have to ask and more will be provided. We especially enjoyed the lemon cakes provided by Anthos' mother and the lovely evening spent with all the family in a Paphos tavern run by Anthos' brother and sister-in-law (they used to run the tavern in MIliou, which is sadly now closed). We plan to return in 2024.

Wifi is good enough for normal stuff but for perfect connection especially outside you might want to use the LTE reception. Pool is nice and clean. We are very grateful for having been able to spend time in this large and beautiful house with its nice surroundings and magnificent view. We felt a bit unlucky having to deal with fairly cold temperatures knowing how lovely it would have been to be able to use the pool and ping pong table every day. But we made the best of it and used the nice fireplace a lot instead. The owners were helpful bringing an axe for chopping the wood, two heating elements, offering to take us for a ride and providing a "starter kit" of food and drinks (as well as the homemade cake) for us.

Fantastic Villa In a beautiful location with amazing views and surroundings . The Villa is spacious and well equipped for groups/families. The pool is a good size and there is plenty of outdoor seating areas to sit and enjoy the views. The outdoor areas are well lit so you can sit comfortably outside in the evenings/night-time. One thing to note regarding the pool is that there is no shallow/deep end, it is all one level so may not be suitable for all children. I would recommend having a car as the villa is in the mountains, nearest shop is about a 10 minute drive down the mountain. Downtown Paphos is approximately 30-40 minutes away. The last ascent into the villa is quite steep! So would recommend an automatic car or something with a good-sized engine. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage, however, additional pillows would be handy, two bedrooms are located on the bottom floor of the Villa, one of which can only be accessed externally so may not be suitable for young children. Overall our stay at villa was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thanks for having us.

The villa was beautiful, spacious and in a wonderful setting in the mountains. You would definitely need a car to get to the villa and it's a steep hill on the final ascent to the villa. Amazing pool and personal touches of food to the house. No air con in the main living spaces but all bedrooms have air con. It's a 5 minute drive to the nearest shop and restaurant and 30 minute drive to beaches and Paphos. Would definitely recommend!

We travelled to Cyprus for a family wedding. With my immediate family, 9 adults in total, we decided to stay in the hills, 40 minutes drive from our extended family in Paphos. Since it was in August we felt it would be cooler. Our villa far outstripped the others and was considerably cheaper. We hosted a post wedding party for 28 people and had plenty of chairs, crockery etc. It was lovely to escape to our villa, with its beautiful views and cooler air. The villa had everything we needed. Anthos (the owner) was very attentive, making sure we got the best deal on hiring a boat, as were his parents who owned the nearby taverna. We felt we experienced the real Cyprus. Definitely would consider returning.

The villa is mostly booked March to November but we decided to try the last week of February, i.e. off-season. What a lovely surprise. Delightful spring weather, oranges everywhere in the Paphos region, falcons, buzzards and lovely hikes over the nearby Akamas peninsular and Troodos mountains. The best walk of all was out of the front door of the villa past the nearby spa Agii Anargyri, along the Neradhes Valley to Kato Theletra (a spooky abandoned village) and then back to Miliou over the upper ridge, about three hours. And unsurpassable archaeology nearby in Paphos and Maa Paleocastro etc. The villa was lovely, with breakfasts on the sunny terrace with views for miles, and roaring log fires in the evenings. The outdoor pool in Feb was only for the stout-hearted as too cold. The owner owns a local taverna, about fifteen minutes walk away up a steep hill in Miliou village, and the cheap food and atmosphere there were great. Such a happy experience with a family who love their work. The owner invited us all to his nearby home one morning to meet his family and snack on tea, olives, haloumi, biscuits and lots of home-made cake. We strongly recommended this villa. The visitors' book confirmed our impression: a lovely villa, a spectacular location and fantastic value for money.

Lots to do within a reasonable drive, with the breathtaking Paphos Forest a little further afield. This villa is astonishing value for money and the service we were given by all involved was superb. Thank you for making this trip possible. The villa was simply breathtaking, as was the hospitality. We had no problems thanks to the excellent information we were provided with. Cannot thank The Villa Group and the owner of the property enough!

Fabulous Villa...beautiful views, peaceful location, spacious and well equipped for all your needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks and would not hesitate to book this villa again. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely welcome pack….fresh eggs, milk, cheese, ham, bread, homemade cake and wine – what a lovely surprise! The owners are extremely friendly and not intrusive. We were invited to breakfast with their family and invited to a fantastic jeep safari to Blue Lagoon. What a fantastic day out and a great memory!
The location is ideal…. remote enough to feel private /secluded but not too far from local amenities. There are two local Taverna's in Miliou square- both a 15 minute walk away. We also walked to the church at the top of the hill and took in the stunning views. We visited Paphos, Coral Bay and Latchi - all within a 30 minute drive. We used "Lidl" supermarket which was a 25 minute drive however there are plenty of "local" supermarkets closer if you don't want to travel too far. (However a car is still essential). The villa is huge and the infinity pool makes lazing about on a lilo gazing at the views a truly relaxing experience. We would certainly recommend this villa.

The whole process of the booking was very good. I always got quick answers on my questions and I felt I can rely on you. The instructions we got of the way to the villa were very clear and we arrived easily to the place. The villa was great, very comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. The owners are very hospitable and helpful. The area is fantastic. We enjoyed the beaches and the pool and we fell in love with Cyprus

The booking process was excellent and we definitely be booking with you again. The information The Villa Group provided us with - e.g. directions, area information was very useful. We loved the villa so much we are booking again for October. We fell in love with Cyprus and we have lots more to do and see. The village of Miliou is stunning and we recommend eating at Pangratis tavern in Miliou and also Pantelis which is approximately 5 km from the junction at the bottom of the road (turn left ). The villa is well equipped and the welcome pack and fresh oranges were just lovely and a very nice touch. The owner of the villa Anthos and his family made us feel very welcome and treated us extremely well. We both had the best holiday. Thanks!
