This modern and spacious 3 bedroom villa is located just metres from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes drive to the resort centre, it is an excellent villa choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.

Upon entering the villa you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen. The living area has comfortable sofas with a flat screen TV. The dining area seats up to 8 guests and the fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob. Patio doors lead you to the swimming pool and the outside terrace.

A cloakroom is located on the ground floor.

A double bedroom is also located on the ground floor with patio doors opening onto a small terrace. The first floor offers 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with patio doors that lead you to a balcony with fantastic sea views, and also a twin bedroom. A family bathroom is located on this floor. The villa can strictly accommodate up to 6 and it is not available for single sex or young groups.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Free WI-FI and satellite TV are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Outside the large 10m x 5m overflow pool with roman steps (depths 1m to 2m), sun loungers and a spacious terrace area allow you to enjoy the summer weather. The furnished terrace area, together with a barbecue, gives you the opportunity to enjoy al fresco dining.

Off-street parking is available at the villa.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 300 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 300 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity, and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
