This 3-bedroom sea-front villa, with a 500 square metre garden, is situated only 15 metres from the Mediterranean Sea.

Upon entering this villa, you will find the large living/dining area. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, internet TV, dvd player and stereo system. The dining area features a dining table and seating for 6. Connected to the living/dining area you will find the well-equipped kitchen with granite work-tops. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Large patio doors lead from the living/dining area out to the patio area surrounding the swimming pool and provide undisturbed sea views.

Further on the ground floor, you will find the villa's first 2 bedrooms. Both of the twin bedrooms feature the luxury of an en-suite shower room. One of the twin bedrooms also has large patio doors leading directly out to the patio area and the swimming pool.

Also on the ground floor is a separate WC.

Moving up onto the first floor, you will find the master bedroom. This double bedroom has the luxury of an en suite bathroom and a large private balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea views. Also on the first floor is the villa's sauna (available at an extra charge).

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with units in each of the 3 bedrooms and a larger unit in the living area, which can be used for both cooling and heating (see rental rates). Furthermore are a hair dryer, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board available at the villa.

To the front and side of the villa, you will find off-street parking for 2 cars.

To the rear of the villa, you will find the shaded and unshaded patio area equipped with sun beds surrounding the 8m x 4m heated swimming pool (depth 0.9m to 1.5m). A poolside shower can also be found at the rear of the villa. The garden table and chairs, combined with the brick-built barbecue, provide you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining.

The large garden area surrounds the villa and leads the way down to the sea, only a few metres from the villa.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 10 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom, and pool towels.

Rates do not include: Air conditioning in the living area, available and charged locally at €10 per day. An optional supplement for the use of the sauna at the rate of €50 per day to be paid locally.

Heated swimming pool: Optional supplement for heating the swimming pool at the rate of €70 per day to be paid in full locally upon arrival. Please note that this is to be pre-booked as the facility requires 24 hours to reach the appropriate temperature. A minimum of 7 nights of use is required. During the winter, the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed due to changing weather conditions and cold nights.

This villa was just what my friend and I needed to relax, enjoy some winter sun and take in the gorgeous surroundings. There are some local shops and restaurants within walking distance and a bus that takes you to the lovely Coral Bay area for just a couple of Euros. We did hire a car later in the week to explore Paphos as driving there is easy and fairly cheap.

Absolutely beautiful setting. We had a lovely 2 weeks at the villa with our own gardens, pool and right beside the sea. Glorious sunsets every night as we sat outside eating dinner. Air conditioning worked wonderfully (thank goodness) and all required amenities were there to be used. Only downside was the walk to the bus stop. Not far in UK weather but challenging for us in the Cyprus summer heat. All in all though, a magical holiday was had by everyone and we would love to come again.

Just returned from another very relaxing holiday in Cyprus , despite a few hiccups at the beginning, which were very quickly sorted out by the owner of the villa and Lisa, from the Villa group (Lisa you do an amazing job, thank you for your help). The villa was very spacious and well equipped , with the most amazing sea views from nearly every window , the main bedroom upstairs has a huge balcony , where you can sit and watch the most beautiful sunsets while listening to the sound of the sea,we finished off most of our evenings here with a glass of wine or two! Outside, the villa has uninterrupted views of the sea , and is very quiet and private ,we hardly saw a soul, just the locals fishing shear bliss, we will definitely return to this villa, this is our 4th time we have used The Villa Group and would highly recommend them.
