This villa is located in a secluded and private location in the village of Pissouri offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa itself is unusually spacious and offers you the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

For 2025, the villa will be available as a 5 bedroom property, sleeping 10 persons.

Upon entering this villa you will first notice the amazing views through the large window panels of the living area.

The large living area features an L-shaped leather settee with an armchair. The dining area is furnished with modern furniture. Connected to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors lead the way from the dining/kitchen area to the outside of the villa.

On the ground floor, you will find two double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and the second bedroom has the use of the family bathroom on the first floor. A guest WC is located on the ground floor.

A marble staircase leads the way to the first floor of the villa. From the large landing, the glass doors lead the way to a large covered balcony where plenty of entertainment for the entire group can be found; table tennis, table football and air hockey, hours of fun to have whilst admiring the stunning unforgettable views. A card table is also available in the villa for those who enjoy a game of cards.

On this floor, you will find a family bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower and the remaining 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom with an en-suite shower. This bedroom also features a private balcony where you can enjoy the sea views as well as access to the large shared balcony on the first floor. The last bedroom of this villa is a double bedroom with en-suite shower.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

The outside area is where you will find the stunning 14m x 5m infinity swimming pool (depth: 1.20m to 1.70m) where you can enjoy a cooling dip from the warm Cypriot sun. The beautifully landscaped gardens surround the swimming pool. To the side of the villa, you will find a large built-in barbecue offering you the perfect opportunity to experience outdoor dining. From every part of this spacious outdoor area, you can enjoy the amazing views of the small bay below the villa and the Mediterranean Sea.

New for 2025, the villa now features a dedicated wellness area, including a barrel sauna that accommodates up to eight guests, a hot tub for six to eight people, an outdoor shower, and a changing cabin. The space also offers a relaxing lounge area with sofas, an outdoor heater, and wine tables, along with a designated zone for yoga and sports, with equipment available in the villa's storage unit.

To the front of the villa, you will find the established garden with small stepping stones and to the side of the villa is off-street parking for up to 2 cars.

The changeover day for the villa is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 3 nights) between existing bookings may not be accepted.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 10 nights), bed linen, bathroom towels, air conditioning (only in summer months) and underfloor heating (only in winter months).

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €700 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. A surcharge is applied when a stay is less than 7 nights, please contact us for details. The position of this villa is truly stunning and totally private and the views when in the Infiniti pool are quite breathtaking.
