The villa is located in a secluded and private location offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa itself is unusually spacious and offers you the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
Upon entering this villa you will firstly notice the amazing views through the large window panels of the living area.
The large living area features an L-shaped leather settee with armchair. For entertainment you will find a large Sony flat screen TV with internet television and Sony DVD home theatre system. A DVD collection as well as a book collection is also available to you. Wireless internet access is available.
Adjacent to the living area you will find a small study area with a desk and office chair, here you will also find a single sofa bed suitable for a child.
The dining area is furnished with modern furniture, a glass dining table and white leather chairs comfortably seating 6.
Connected to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors lead the way from the dining/kitchen area to the outside of the villa.
Further on the ground floor you will find the first bedroom of this villa. This bedroom is a twin bedroom with the luxury of an en suite shower room and direct access onto the patio area. In here you will also find a wooden baby cot.
Also available on the ground floor is a separate WC as well as a utility cupboard located underneath the staircase. Here you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
A marble staircase leads the way to the first floor of the villa. From the large landing the glass doors lead the way to a large covered balcony furnished with a 2 and 3 seater settee, armchair and small table. This balcony is a large circular shape and is a perfect setting to enjoy the amazing sea views and enjoy a drink at sunset.
On the first floor you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms of this villa. The master bedroom of this villa is a double bedroom with the luxury of an en suite bathroom with a separate bath/shower, separate shower and bidet as well as a walk in wardrobe. This bedroom also features a private balcony where you can enjoy the sea views as well as access to the large shared balcony of the first floor.
The last bedroom of this villa is a double bedroom with a small dressing table and the luxury of an en suite shower room. This bedroom also has direct access onto the large shared first floor balcony.
This villa is air-conditioned throughout and for the winter months benefits from underfloor heating.
2 wooden baby cots (cot sheets only provided) are available upon request. A camp bed is available at the villa. Furthermore this villa offers hairdryers (x2) and a safety deposit box. Pool towels are provided.
A highchair can be hired from a local hire company - details can be provided upon request if a highchair is required.
From the living/dining area you have direct access on to the large patio area equipped with lounge furniture as well as garden table and chairs comfortably seating 6.
The main feature for this villa is the large 14m x 5m infinity swimming pool where you can enjoy a cooling dip from the warm Cypriot sun.
The beautifully landscaped gardens surround the swimming pool and steps lead the way down to a grassed area where you will find a small wooden gazebo with an armchair and table; the perfect location to enjoy a good book and take in the amazing views.
To the side of the villa you will find a large built in barbecue offering you the perfect opportunity to experience outdoor dining. For the experienced chefs a small herb garden is available.
From every part of this large outdoor area you can enjoy the amazing views of the small bay below the villa and the Mediterranean Sea.
To the front of the villa you will find the established garden with small stepping stones and to the side of the villa is off street parking for up to 2 cars.
