This fabulous 5 bedroom villa offers comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just a few minutes' walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard, whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday. The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living area with comfortable seating and satellite TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen area. Patio doors from those areas lead out to the swimming pool area. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.

A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with w/c is also located on this floor.

Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin room, both with natural lighting and a shower room with w/c. These rooms are accessed by a separate entrance via an external staircase.

Upstairs, the villa has a further 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. There is also a large outside balcony on this floor, which is ideal for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Outside, the garden area features a large 10m x 4m overflow swimming pool (depths 1m to 1.6m) and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.

A pool table and football table will provide hours of entertainment for both kids and adults.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

This property's central resort location is an excellent base to stay. All the resort amenities are close by with a fantastic variety of restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minutes walk.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 350 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 400 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With careful use, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, these limitations are in place to ensure guests are mindful of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity, and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

We had a really great stay at this villa. The location of the villa is very nice but you can still reach shops and restaurants in a short walking distance (3-8min). Also the beautiful beach of Protaras is close to the accommodation (ca. 10min walk). The hole location was very clean and well equipped with a very nice outdoor and pool.

The whole house was in one word amazing. Everything and I mean everything was present and in large quantities. Beds delicious. And five bedrooms to reach second with outside stairs leading down. The property manager responded immediately when we had a question. It's a house where you can stay long. Beach is a 10-minute walk. Supermarket nearby. A lovely terrace with swimming pool, pool table and table tennis. Tranquil environment.
