This 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located in the resort centre, right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Spacious both inside and out, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the resort has to offer.

The villa has an open-plan living and dining area, with widescreen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a w/c on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and 2 with double beds and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom. A large and sunny balcony area can be accessed from the main bedroom.

Outside, the villa has a large and well-kept garden and pool area, surrounded by trees for privacy. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining. The swimming pool has roman steps making it easily accessible. Free WI-FI and satellite TV are available and the villa has air conditioning throughout.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 300 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property (some villas require higher amounts. If this applies to your villa you will be notified in advance). Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally, the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 300 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
