The villa is within 15 minutes walking distance to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops and 17 minutes walking distance to both the popular beaches of Corallia beach (Laourou Beach) and Coral Bay. Both Corallia and Coral Bay beaches boast golden sands and clean blue waters and are certified blue flag bays.
As you enter the property you will find a spacious open plan living and dining area which seats 6 guests with access to the veranda and garden. The living area offers ample comfortable seating as well as an android satellite box, DVD player and wireless internet access for your entertainment.
Adjacent to the living/dining area, you will find the fully equipped kitchen offering a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
As you move up the marble staircase to the first floor, you will find the villa's three bedrooms. The master double bedroom offers the luxury of an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both sharing a family bathroom.
The master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have access to the large shared furnished balcony at the front of the villa.
The villa benefits from air-conditioning for cooling and heating throughout. The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.
The 10m x 5m private swimming pool (depths 0.90m x 1.90m) is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as an established manicured garden. The covered outdoor dining area twinned with the charcoal barbecue creates the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.
Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
