As you enter the villa you will find the open plan living area. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, TV with satellite system, DVD and CD player.

The modern fully equipped kitchen features oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen you will find a separate utility room with washing machine, coffee machine and sink. The dining area features a dining table comfortably seating 6.

A cloakroom is located on this floor.

Patio doors from the dining and living area lead out to the furnished terrace, garden and private swimming pool.

Moving up to the first floor you will find the villa’s 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with en suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms sharing the family bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a private balcony offering sea views.

The villa is equipped with air-conditioning units (heating or cooling) throughout, the cost of which is included in the rental rate.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Outside, the furnished patio area together with the barbecue allows for you to truly enjoy the Cypriot experience of al fresco dining. The 9m x 4m kidney-shaped private swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas allowing you to relax and enjoy the Cypriot sun.
