This tastefully furnished 3-bedroom detached villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a short distance from supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and the beach, making it the perfect choice for families or a group of friends wanting to holiday together.

As you enter the villa, you will find the cosy open-plan living and dining area accommodating 6 guests comfortably. The comfortable living area offers a TV with an android box. Adjacent to the living and dining area is the fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a guest WC located on the ground floor.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find the three airy bedrooms as well as the family bathroom. Two bedrooms are double bedrooms, with the master bedroom offering the luxury of an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin bedroom that features a furnished balcony overlooking the private swimming pool.

The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

Moving outside, the gated 8m x 4m private swimming pool features walk-in steps (depths 0.90m x 1.90m) and is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The outdoor dining area combined with the barbecue creates the perfect area for alfresco dining.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Our accommodation was perfect. Whilst we were only 3 people, there was 6 loungers / 6 dining seats inside / 6 outside / sofas outside and inside. Very well catered. Grocery shop nearby along with restaurants and a fabulous beach. Out host had plenty of recommendations and tips which proved really useful. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

The villa is in a great location, easy walking distance to the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the bus terminus, where you can take the bus into Coral Bay or Paphos for only 1.50 euro. The villa itself is well furnished with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing holiday, the IPTV is brilliant, with every channel you could imagine. The outside area around the pool has adequate space for furniture and sun bathing, the pool is a good size and is immaculate, it was cleaned 5 times during our 18 night stay. Michelle, our villa manager, was very pleasant, and very helpful with a couple of minor issues we had.
