These 3-bedroom villas, all with en-suite bathrooms and a top-floor outdoor dining terrace with sea views, are located within a short walk of the beach and a few minutes’ drive of Coral Bay with its wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

The properties have a modern feel and are both light and airy, comfortably and stylishly furnished. On the ground floor, there is the first double bedroom with an en-suite with shower and sliding patio doors. The living area is open plan with a modern fully fitted kitchen, dining area seating 6 and a comfortable sofa area with TV. The spacious modern kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.

All rooms are air-conditioned for both cooling and heating and this is included in the prices.

On the first floor, you will find the villa’s further 2 bedrooms; the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is one further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms access a large terrace which has sea views.

There is a small balcony to the front with a table and 2 chairs.

On the top floor, there is a covered dining area and kitchenette and barbecue furnished with a table 6 chairs being the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal while enjoying magical sunsets.

Outside, there is a large furnished terrace equipped with table and 6 chairs, a private 7m x 3m swimming pool (overall depth of 1.2m) with sunbeds and umbrellas.
