This modern 3 bedroom villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with panoramic views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour. The resorts beaches, Latchi harbour and restaurants are conveniently located within a 5 minute drive from the villa.

The villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker.

As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious open plan living area which offers spectacular sea views. There is satellite TV, a DVD player and wireless internet for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 guests and the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs.

A double bedroom and separate bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

The first floor features a twin bedroom, double bedroom and family bathroom. There is an extensive communal balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Outside the villa, you will find the spacious garden area and the 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 1.4m) surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds. This area offers plenty of space for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 250 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 250 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Spent a relaxing week at this villa. Me and my partner wanted somewhere we could keep ourselves to ourselves and unwind, the property has everything you need to do this. The property is clean, modern and spacious, it also very well equipped with the necessary kitchen essentials needed to cook for yourself and there is even a BBQ and utensils to allow alfresco cooking. The satellite TV has a multitude of channels including many of the same as Sky TV for British travellers and the air con in each room keeps the property at a comfortable temperature. We would not hesitate to spend another vacation here in the future.

The view is impressive. The house is well equipped. Also for us as passionate hobby cooks the kitchen equipment was sufficient. Oil and some spices were nice already available. Dishwasher and washing machine work well. Overall, the house was very clean. Also the location Latsi is perfect for hiking trips to the Akamas peninsula (definitely hiking to the Lara Beach and the Blue Lagoon ☺️) and also the Troodos can be reached with a little time by car. All in all, it was the perfect location for our hiking holiday."

Great house for family with children. The location was amazing, the view from the front bedroom is stunning to wake up to! We enjoyed delicious food from the seafood restaurant in latchi as well as great value meals in old town Polis. The sun shone and the sky was blue, perfect winter break !
