This 3 bedroom villa is located in Peyia and within a 5 minute drive of the popular family resort of Coral Bay.

Stairs take you up to the villa’s entrance and where you will immediately see the unobstructed Mediterranean Sea and countryside views. On entering the villa, you will find the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Patio doors from the living area take you out onto the furnished terrace where you can sit, relax and unwind whilst admiring the unobstructed views of the coastline.

The villa’s three bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with an en-suite and two twin bedrooms, both sharing the family bathroom. The bedrooms all have direct access to the verandah that wraps around the villa.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Air conditioning is available throughout the villa and is included in the rental cost.

The gated spiral staircase from the outside terrace takes you down to the ground floor level, where you will find the 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 0.9m, 1.4m to 1.7m). Plenty of sunbeds are available for relaxing under the Cyprus sunshine. Outside dining furniture on this level, together with the barbecue, offers the perfect area for al fresco dining to be enjoyed.

For the more energetic members of a group, there is table tennis and a darts board available.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Welcome grocery pack, air conditioning, electricity allowance up to 300 Kwh per week, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. When the electricity usage exceeds 300 Kwh per week, a charge will be made directly to guests at 0.40c per Kwh
