This three bedroom, with an option to use a fourth bedroom, is located in an exclusive gated development and situated in the coastal village of Limni, Argaka only minutes drive to the popular area of Polis. The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with ample external parking and private covered parking just a 1 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach.

On entering this villa you will firstly notice the marble flooring throughout. The open plan living area has a comfortable suite and lovely furnishings. The large plasma television has satellite channels (free to view package) and DVD player. The dining area sports a dining table and six chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Also found on the ground floor is a bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables, lamps, dressing table and mirror and fully fitted wardrobes. There is a full bathroom including bath and shower on this level. On the lower ground floor has a twin bedroom.

Leading up the stairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, these bedrooms share a large balcony which has an external table, chairs and umbrella should you require shade plus sunbeds. There is also a beautiful bathroom on this level.

Air conditioning for both cooling & heating is available throughout the villa. A hairdryer is provided and upon request there is a baby cot and highchair available.

This villa also has a wireless internet connection.

Outside the villa is a veranda with comfortable external settee, chairs and coffee table. In the mature gardens you will find the large 10 x 5m infinity overflow swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort. The added bonus to this luxurious villa is the four person hot tub in the garden!

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels, air conditioning and jacuzzi/hot tub.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Short stays (minimum of 4 nights) might be considered during low season, subject to a supplement. Please contact us for further details.
