This three-bedroom villa, with an option to use a fourth bedroom, is located in an exclusive gated development and situated in the coastal village of Limni, Argaka only a minute's drive to the popular area of Polis. The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with ample external parking and private covered parking just a 1-minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach.

On entering this villa you will first notice the marble flooring throughout. The open-plan living area has a comfortable cream leather suite and beautiful ornaments and furnishings. The large plasma television has satellite channels (free to view package), a surround sound system and a DVD player. The dining area sports a wooden dining table and six wooden chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. Just off the kitchen is a small veranda with a table and two chairs.

Also found on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, dressing table and mirror and fully fitted wardrobes. There is a full bathroom including a bath and shower on this level. On the lower ground floor is a bedroom with a single bed.

Leading up the stairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, these bedrooms share a large balcony which has an external wooden table, chairs and umbrella should you require shade. The owners have kindly provided a gas barbeque for the al-fresco dining experience. The beautiful bathroom on this level boasts a Jacuzzi bath.

Air conditioning for both cooling & heating is available throughout the villa. A hairdryer is provided and upon request, there is a baby cot and highchair available.

This villa also has a wireless internet connection.

Outside the villa is a veranda with a comfortable external settee, chairs and coffee table. In the mature gardens you will find the large 10 x 5m infinity overflow swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort. The bonus to this luxurious villa is the six-person hot tub in the garden!

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels, air conditioning and jacuzzi/hot tub.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Short stays (minimum of 4 nights) might be considered during low season, subject to a supplement. Please contact us for further details.

Great villa which is very well appointed and equipped. Private pool area very ideal for enjoying the brilliant weather and the beach is just a few metres away. A car is necessary but Polis is only about 5 minutes drive away with supermarkets and a good choice of restaurants. We found it quite reasonable to get a taxi for our party of 6 when going out to eat in evening. The 24/7 security for the Villa is an added bonus. Would go back again and would have no hesitation recommending this villa.
