This three-bedroom villa, with an option to use a fourth bedroom, is located in an exclusive gated development and situated in the coastal village of Limni, Argaka only a minute's drive to the popular area of Polis. The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with ample external parking and private covered parking just a 1-minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach.

On entering this villa, you will first notice the marble flooring throughout. The open-plan living and dining area has comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels (free to view package), a surround sound system, a DVD player and a dining area. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. Just off the kitchen is a small veranda with a table and two chairs.

The villa's first bedroom is found on the ground floor, a double bedroom. A full bathroom is also on this floor. On the lower ground floor is a bedroom with a single bed. Leading up the stairs to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with double beds and a family bathroom. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Air conditioning for both cooling & heating is available throughout the villa.

Outside the villa is a veranda with a comfortable external settee, chairs and coffee table. In the mature gardens, you will find the large 10 x 5m infinity overflow swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort. The bonus to this luxurious villa is the six-person hot tub in the garden!

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels, air conditioning and jacuzzi/hot tub.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Great villa which is very well appointed and equipped. Private pool area very ideal for enjoying the brilliant weather and the beach is just a few metres away. A car is necessary but Polis is only about 5 minutes drive away with supermarkets and a good choice of restaurants. We found it quite reasonable to get a taxi for our party of 6 when going out to eat in evening. The 24/7 security for the Villa is an added bonus. Would go back again and would have no hesitation recommending this villa.
