The inviting living area features rustic-coloured two and three seater sofas complemented by a cushioned armchair, adding a touch of colour to the lounge. Equipped with a flat-screen TV and minimalist décor, this space exudes comfort and style.

Adjacent to the living area is a charming dining space complete with a hardwood dining table and eight modern chairs. French doors offer stunning views of the sea and coastline, providing a perfect backdrop for meals. The kitchen boasts dark granite countertops and modern appliances, including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.

The ground floor hosts a guest WC and one of the five bedrooms, featuring twin beds with shuttered French doors leading to the pool terrace and an en-suite shower room.

A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where three more bedrooms offer captivating sea views. The master bedroom boasts contemporary furnishings, a king-size bed, mirrored accents, and access to a balcony overlooking the sea. A luxurious en-suite bathroom with granite tiles completes the master suite. Two additional bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with its own WC & shower rooms, provide comfort and style.

All twin-bedded rooms offer zip-lock facilities, providing double-bedding options.

Descending to the lower ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped utility room and an additional twin bedroom with an en-suite WC/shower room.

Outside, a spacious terrace offers panoramic sea views and features a portable barbecue and outdoor dining area. Sunbeds line the poolside, inviting guests to relax and soak in the stunning surroundings. The crowning jewel of this luxurious property is a large 10m infinity swimming pool.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Private one arrival & one departure transfer, daily Breakfast included, daily Maid Service, luxury food hamper (for 5 night stay and over), branded bathroom amenities, unlimited use of the Aphrodite Hills Kids Club (ages 3-12 years only), valid for the duration of stay, The Retreat Spa: Access to Gym, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, valid for duration of stay, without a locker. Access to the hotel health club area indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room) and the splash park of the hotel (summer months), and preferential booking status at Resort Restaurants.

An electric Kw/h reading will be made upon arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 400 KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at €0.35 cents. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
