This magnificent 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is exquisitely furnished with a private swimming pool offering a beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, whilst you relax and tan on the sunbeds or enjoy a BBQ around the outside dining table.

Perfect for entertaining and impressing your guests, the downstairs basement offers a pool table for your leisure, whilst the dining room is elegantly chic and the living room is spacious to sit back and relax, whilst watching internet TV.

The villa is perfectly located just a 2-minute drive from the Coral Bay Avenue strip, which offers plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops for you to choose from. The popular Coral Bay, a 500-meter-long bay boasting golden sands and clear blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is a 15-minute stroll from the villa.

The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area and an area with comfortable sofas and internet TV. Patio doors lead to the outside furnished terrace.

The villa offers two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom. Two bedrooms have an en-suite and there is one family bathroom.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Outside the 10m x 5m private swimming pool (depth: 1.10m x 1.85m) is surrounded by sunbeds, allowing for relaxing under the Cyprus sunshine. The furnished terrace and barbecue offer al-fresco dining.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Great villa! We stayed with a friends and their kids. The kids enjoyed the pools, although still cold at this time of the year! (March) Very spacious villa, clean and with all amenities. It was lovely and we had a great time catching up! Nearby beaches are perfect for young children. Shallow water and barely any waves.

Beautiful Villa inside and out, the perfect setting for me and my family, 5/10 mins leisurely stroll from all the main bars and shops, pool area is bigger than it looks on the pictures, pool was cleaned a couple of times whilst we were there and it’s a great private villa complex so lots of privacy, we visited as a group of 7 and we had plenty of room so will definitely be looking at using this villa again in the future.

Pasamos una buena estancia. El lugar está bien ubicado a 10min de una playa en carro, 30min del centro y varias tiendas cerca. Por la temporada en que estuvimos, estuvo bastante fría la primera noche porque la casa no estaba equipada con cobijas pero Michelle nos entregó unas a la mañana siguiente y todo estuvo mejor. La reactividad del host fue muy buena. Volveremos :) Translated into English: We had a good stay. The place is well located 10 minutes from a beach by car, 30 minutes from the center and several shops nearby. Due to the season we were in, it was quite cold the first night because the house was not equipped with blankets but Michelle gave us some the next morning and everything was better. Host reactivity was very good. We will be back :)

This is spacious villa in a great location just 5 minutes walk from the main street where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The pool area was great and the small balcony great for sunset. There is a great supermarket, Phillipos, about ten minutes walk away which has a good fish and meat counter.
