The property is entered through large impressive iron gates offering a driveway with generous off-street parking.

Upon entering the villa, you will find a spacious reception hall hosting the pool table, with a grand winding staircase leading to the first floor.

The ground floor offers 2 living rooms with comfortable sofas, a TV area, a log-burning fireplace and patio doors allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea views from every angle. There is also satellite TV and wireless internet for your entertainment.

A spacious fully equipped kitchen is located next to the main living area and offers adequate space for dining and entertaining. There is also a water dispenser, a large fridge and a convenient breakfast bar with bar stools for you to use.

The villa offers two dining areas, one adjacent to the kitchen (seating 6) and one adjacent to one of the living areas (seating 8).

The home cinema entertainment room is perfect for keeping family and friends entertained with the sound system, TV, Playstation 2, table football and also a large comfortable L-shaped sofa. Doors lead from this room straight out onto the spacious, furnished swimming pool terrace.

A large en-suite double bedroom is located on the ground floor offering an en-suite bathroom. There is also an office located on the ground floor which hosts a double sofa bed which can be used as an additional 7th bedroom.

On the first floor, you will find a further 5 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms and one with an en-suite shower room. There is also a large family bathroom and an outside terrace with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic views over Protaras. A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also located on this floor.

Steps lead down to the stunning garden area and the impressive overflow swimming pool surrounded by sun beds. There is a barbecue area and a separate outside bar and kitchen area, perfect for preparing al fresco meals and enjoying evening drinks whilst admiring breathtaking sea views. There are also outside toilets and showers for your convenience.

Spacious covered and uncovered seating areas provide plenty of room for outside dining, sunbathing and relaxation and panoramic sea views can be enjoyed.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 400 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Electricity consumption exceeding the 400 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit. Central heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €60 per day.
