The villa benefits from dramatic mountain views to the rear and unobstructed panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline and Akamas Peninsula to the front. The villa has an impressive entrance imitating a bridge with a wooden deck floor and glass panels giving you the feeling of embarking on board.
The sunset here is magic and takes center stage right in front of the villa nearly every day of the year.
Upon entering the villa you will find the spacious open plan living area featuring a modern fireplace and leather sofas. For entertainment, there is an IPTV system that offers hundreds of English channels including premium Sky channels. A dvd and cd player together with a stereo system.
On this floor, you will also find the modern fully-equipped kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee and juice maker. The dining area located on this floor provides a large contemporary dining table and chairs comfortably seating up to 10 guests.
The villa’s first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have access to a veranda through large glass patio doors where outstanding unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed.
Moving up to the first floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace equipped with ample outside furniture for you to take a moment to relax with an evening drink, enjoying the views of the entire bay or the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is equipped throughout with air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round (see rental rates). A baby cot and highchair can be provided and the villa owner has thoughtfully supplied pool towels. Available also are a safety deposit box, two hairdryers and an iron and ironing board for guests' use.
A spacious games area with entertainment for everyone is located on the lower ground floor. The area features plenty of activities for all members of the family with a pool table, table football and gym equipment. For the younger members of the family, you will find a children’s play area and 2 comfortable sofa beds (suitable for 2 children).
The lower ground floor also features a separate shower room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
Large glass patio doors will lead you from the living area to a spacious covered terrace area offering a table and chairs for you to truly experience the joy of outdoor dining. Nearby you will also find the barbecue area.
Adjacent to the terrace area there is a raised patio with plenty of sunbathing furniture for you to enjoy the Cypriot sun. To cool down, here you find the 4.5m x 10.5m infinity pool with walk-in steps (depth: 1 m to 1.55 m).
An external staircase will lead the way down to the lawn area, only a few steps away is the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Adjacent to the entrance you will find a parking area for up to 3 cars.

During the summer season (May to the end of October), a changeover day of a Saturday is required.
If your proposed booking leaves unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings it may not be accepted by the owners, particularly in the peak season.
For 2024, air conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the rental rate. Air conditioning in the living area and the lower ground floor games area is optional and payable locally at 8.50 Euros per unit per day.
