ON THE BEACH!!! This 4-bedroom beachfront holiday villa is modern, spacious and equipped to a high standard. The villa has an impressive entrance imitating a bridge with a wooden deck floor and glass panels giving you the feeling of embarking on board.

4 km of near-deserted beach on your doorstep! The villa benefits from dramatic mountain views to the rear and unobstructed panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline and the Akamas Peninsula to the front. The villa has an impressive entrance imitating a bridge with a wooden deck floor and glass panels giving you the feeling of embarking on board.

The sunset here is magic and takes centre stage right in front of the villa nearly every day of the year.

Upon entering the villa you will find the spacious open-plan living area featuring a modern fireplace and leather sofas. For entertainment, there is an IPTV system that offers hundreds of English channels including premium Sky channels. A DVD and CD player together with a stereo system.

On this floor, you will also find the modern fully-equipped kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee and juice maker. The dining area located on this floor provides a large contemporary dining table and chairs comfortably seating up to 10 guests.

The villa’s first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have access to a veranda through large glass patio doors where outstanding unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed.

Moving up to the first floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace equipped with ample outside furniture for you to take a moment to relax with an evening drink, enjoying the views of the entire bay or the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is equipped throughout with air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round (see rental rates). A baby cot and highchair can be provided and the villa owner has thoughtfully supplied pool towels. Available also are a safety deposit box, two hairdryers and an iron and ironing board for guests' use.

A spacious games area with entertainment for everyone is located on the lower ground floor. The area features plenty of activities for all members of the family with a pool table, table football and gym equipment. For the younger members of the family, you will find a children’s play area and 2 comfortable sofa beds (suitable for 2 children).

The lower ground floor also features a separate shower room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

Large glass patio doors will lead you from the living area to a spacious covered terrace area offering a table and chairs for you to truly experience the joy of outdoor dining. Nearby you will also find the barbecue area.

Adjacent to the terrace area there is a raised patio with plenty of sunbathing furniture for you to enjoy the Cypriot sun. To cool down, here you find the 4.5m x 10.5m infinity pool with walk-in steps (depth: 1 m to 1.55 m).

An external staircase will lead the way down to the lawn area, only a few steps away is the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Adjacent to the entrance you will find a parking area for up to 3 cars.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: Air conditioning in the living area and the lower ground floor games area is optional and payable locally at €8.50 per unit per day.

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and/or reception) the following apply: Up to 60 guests are permitted. A wedding surcharge of €350 is payable in advance and a refundable security deposit is payable together with the balance payment of €500 to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Thank you so much we had a great time and didn’t want to come home. Booking was easy, sent all the information required for the villa and surrounding area. The villa had everything required for a great holiday. Villa was perfect the owner was very helpful we locked ourselves out and he came round at 11pm still smiling! On arrival, we had tea, food for breakfast and fruit, which was a lovely touch. The area is perfect right on the beach sunset is amazing. We will be back.......

Second time at this villa . A year has passed but the standards have not dropped at this villa. The sitting area and cooking area are combined so you could still be involved in watching something on the tv which has multiple English channels or talking to others when preparing snack etc. The kitchen has all the mod cons that you would expect in a villa of this calibre. The villa is cleaned very thoroughly on a weekly basis to a high standard. The outside views of this villa are totally breathtaking and can be also viewed from the first-floor balcony where there is plenty of seating for dining alfresco. The villa owners father called Pannicos came to greet us and presented my wife and I with some fruit and a cake that his wife had made. Once again we would like to thank The Villa Group for taking care of us from the minute that we enquired about the villa, and to the owners for trusting us yet again to stay in their beautiful villa. After arriving at the villa after midnight we did not get the wow factor of the outside area. After one or two beers that were left in fridge by the manager along with a few groceries to see you through till you got to a shop it was time for bed. It was quite hypnotic lying in bed with the sliding doors open listening to the waves coming in and landing on the beach. The next morning it was time to unpack and explore the rest of the villa. The living room area was large, bright and airy once the sliding doors were opened. The open plan kitchen was nicely laid out and had all mod cons that you would expect to find in a villa of this caliber. The outside area of this villa has various sitting areas to take in the sea views which are only a stones throw away and the upstairs sitting area was great to take in the sunsets which were absolutely breathtaking. The large infinity pool was a godsend during the day taking in the views looking out to sea . We spent our 30th wedding anniversary at this villa and we couldn’t have hoped for more. Once again we would like to thank the manager for looking after us during our stay and the fruit and cake that was left was nice touch and so delicious. We would also like to thank The Villa Group for looking after us as they have always done. Already looking through portfolio of villas for next year, job well done. Thanks again, Mr and Mrs Cameron.

A lovely villa in an amazing location. Hours of fun in the pool and in the sea, then it was a pleasure to watch the beautiful sunsets from the terrace. We were looked after very well by Panicos who even brought us home grown fruit and a freshly made cake. Main accommodation and bedrooms worked really well. This villa is fantastic! Located at the first line to the sea front, practically no neighbors, hundert percent privacy. We were only 3 - a couple with a child - and we had bad luck with weather, end of December it was a bit cold... but we enjoyed our one week stay. Pannicos is a very friendly and sympatic owner, he brought us home baked cake and invited us to his house...We really want to come back - but in the warmer season... Cannot fault either The Villa Group or the villa itself. Any query I had, a response was almost immediately forthcoming, usually from Lisa, so many thanks! The villa is wonderful, brilliantly equipped for large parties, something as simple as providing 2 very large saucepans - which others often don't. The mid stay clean lasted 4 hours, everything was cleaned as though we were just arriving, even the windows. The pool was beautifully clear and very well maintained - the owner came over as soon as we mentioned it had gone cloudy one day and then checked back the following day to make sure it was OK. The owner popped in a few times, never intrusively but just to see we were all happy - and to bring fruit & home made cake! Pool towels provided and restocked for the 2nd week - that's never happened to us before and was a very welcome service. The pre- arrival food delivery service is a gem! The worst part of arriving in Cyprus after a long day travelling (when all you really want to do is jump in the pool!) is the thought of having to go & get shopping so to have it there for us, already put away, was fab. What more can I say? A perfect two weeks in a perfect location.

Mandy, our wedding planner of The Villa Group has also been amazing. She has gone above and beyond with absolutely everything, being a constant source reassurance throughout a difficult administration process due to me and my wife being from different countries. Everyone else involved in the wedding has also been fantastic, especially Nick our photographer from The Villa Group. Owner of the villa was charming when we arrived. The villa met all our requirements, it's proximity to Polis and Latsi was brilliant experiencing the wonderful tavernas and restaurants. FANTASTIC support and information from Lisa prior to (and after) booking the villa. It is impossible not to be impressed by the location of this stunning new villa - the crystal blue Meditteranean greets you as you drive towards the house. The villa itself is incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The pool is lovely and was ALWAYS warm. We definitely needed the air conditioning in the bedrooms and would recommend this as essential during summer months. We met the owner and his father -in- law who were incredibly kind and helpful without being intrusive. The owner explained his plans for the upper terrace which is currently very hot and not particularly used during the day....the evening is another matter and sitting watching the stars and seing some life in neighbouring areas was lovely. The sea was within a maximum 200m (watch the prickly bushes along the way!) and gloriously warm at all times of the day. This really was an idyllic place to stay and the views are AMAZING.....having stayed in villas for our holidays over the last 7 years (and know how difficult as a group of 2 families we can be to please!) I can honestly say the view and facilities offered by this villa exceeded anything we have rented previously. I would wholeheartedly recommend although personally would prefer to visit out of high season (the INCREDIBLY high temperatures left us not inclined to undertake the walk to the nearest bar / restaurant which I guess would take about 20-30 mins minimum)....Car rental essential. ENJOY.... :-)
