Upon entering, you're greeted by spacious, interconnected living spaces, comprising a cosy lounge area equipped with two sofas, an armchair, a smart TV, and a selection of DVDs and books. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. A dining table seating 6 completes the area. Sliding patio doors open onto a furnished, gated terrace.

A convenient shower room is located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed. A private balcony offers lovely views across the pool, garden, and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea — a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening breeze.

The second bedroom is ideal for another couple or children and includes a king bed that can be split into two or three single beds according to guests’ preference, providing a practical and comfortable space for families. Both bedrooms share a modern family bathroom, completing the thoughtfully designed upper floor.

The villa is fully air-conditioned for comfort throughout.

Entertainment options abound with a provided table tennis setup.

Outside, the expansive gated terrace, encircling the villa, provides ample space for relaxation. An outdoor dining table and barbecue set the scene for delightful alfresco dining experiences. Just a step down, the newly installed 8m x 4m private swimming pool with walk-in steps (depths 1m to 1.5m) awaits, perfect for refreshing dips and leisurely lounging.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, and air conditioning.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. A fantastic base to both explore the area. The villa is perfectly suited to a family, it was clean, well equipped with the cleanest pool we have had in a long time. Such a relaxing peaceful position and nothing was too much trouble for the owner. We spent more time at the villa than planned because it was such a relaxing place to be with our family. We will certainly return again soon.

Just spent a wonderful week at the villa. The villa is light bright and thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed. The pool is a real treat and the garden was beautiful with so many pretty flowers and lots of places to sit at different times of day. We enjoyed food and cocktails in most of the restaurants in Pissouri village which is just a short walk from the villa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and full of helpful tips on where to visit. We hired a car for the week and loved that the villa is so well centrally located to be able to explore Cyprus. From beaches and coastal walks to mountains and pretty villages there is so much to see. Thanks for a wonderful week and we hope to make a return visit another time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The house was just as described and the outdoor area was even nicer than expected. Plenty of places to sit and a beautiful pool. We appreciated the booklet with local recommendations. The town of Pissouri is too far to walk in the heat, but an easy quick drive and parking was plentiful. The town square is lovely to sit and have dinner or a drink and the nearby beach is very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fab few days at the villa. It was beautifully positioned for walks along the Genesis Aphrodite Trail (wear fly repellent!). We ate 3 times at Michael’s Steakhouse as it was so good! You can walk there! It’s a 10/15 mins drive to the bay. Would recommend a car for this accommodation. We had the biggest pork chop in the universe at the Hideaway in Pissouri Village, a few mins drive away. Plenty of free parking at the Village. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

It's obvious why Pine Bay and Pissouri are so well loved by the ex-pat community. Cyprus's best kept secret. Lovely spacious Villa, with access to the cliff tops and stunning views, with a beautiful garden and a perfect deck to roll out my yoga mat on! Didn't want to leave.

Located in a quiet community. The house is well equipped with all modern day comforts. Having AC in almost all the rooms was very welcome during the heatwave we experienced. The village and shops are at a five minute driving distance. There you'll find a wide variety of reasonably priced local food. Debbie was our local contact person and was very helpful. Overall we had a great experience of Cyprus thanks to this location. We recommend staying here if you like a quiet homebase to discover the island.
