This modern 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool is located on a private complex within a few minutes’ walk of the famous Nissi Beach and the amenities of Ayia Napa. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst still being close to all the facilities Ayia Napa has to offer.

The villa features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.

The first bedroom of the villa is located on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Patio doors from this bedroom lead you to the private swimming pool.

The remaining two bedrooms of the villa are located on the first floor and are twin bedrooms, both sharing access to a shared balcony. A family bathroom is also located on this level.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

The villa has air conditioning throughout.

Patio doors lead you to the furnished terrace, private 8m x 3.5m swimming pool (depths 0.90m to 1.4m) and lawn area. The swimming pool features a wooden platform with sunbeds for you to relax and enjoy the Cyprus sun. The outside dining furniture, together with the barbecue, allows you to enjoy al fresco dining.

Off-street parking is available at the villa.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 300 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 300 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
