The property is a beautiful, bright townhouse located in the heart of Aphrodite Hills, offering stunning sea and sunset views from the infinity 6m x 3m swimming pool's edge - a holiday scene that is truly hard to beat. The lower terrace area has been upgraded with a decking viewing area, and an astroturf lawned area, making it a fantastic space to enjoy lounging around and relaxing in the sunshine, with peaceful surroundings and stunning views.

The spacious upper terrace is also a lovely area to enjoy some shaded dining with stunning views. The villa is located on the edge of Zephyros Village, within a 10 minute stroll to the Resort's village centre and facilities, and also offers access to the Zephyros Village communal pool (just a two-minute stroll from the villa) in case you fancy a change of scenery for your poolside time at the property.

Upon entrance, the ground floor of the villa is extremely light and welcoming. It hosts a cosy living area with a large screen TV which leads out to the upper terrace. This is where you are greeted with stunning views over the neighbouring Secret Valley golf course, out to the vast Mediterranean sea. Sit back and soak in these views from the comfortable seating area, or as you dine al fresco under the shaded pergola. A cool built-in BBQ area is situated next to the dining area; sunny BBQs and sunset drinks are some of the true highlights here. Inside, the kitchen and dining area are well equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and this area also opens out onto the upper terrace and side garden BBQ area.

The villa benefits from reliable wi-fi and a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with a playback option, as well as a PlayStation 4 which will keep everyone entertained indoors. A large family WC is also located on the ground floor and of course, all rooms are fully air-conditioned throughout for all year-round comfort.

The cooler downstairs hosts the three bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and fitted with large, comfortable beds. The spacious master bedroom is well furnished, with plenty of cupboard space and a large en-suite bathroom (with shower, as well as bath and overhead shower and his and her sinks). The double and twin bedrooms are equally well-appointed and are both en-suites (with showers). The master double and the twin room open out onto the lower terrace, which has wooden decking and an astro turf lawn, making it a really lovely, peaceful area to enjoy sunbathing in.

Pool heating is available at an additional charge (see rental rates) and is recommended between October – May.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 500 KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €295 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 500 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, water, milk, a bottle of rose wine, pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available, at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

The location and outlook were really quite amazing. It was quiet and private. The modern finish made for a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi was lovely, and the loungers around the pool and the dining furniture were plentiful and of very good quality. Location was ideal for accessing the shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel private. Parking space was perfectly located, too. BBQ (charcoal) was large and well positioned for the kitchen/terrace.

The photos on the website don’t do this place justice - the outside space is amazing. The infinity pool is lovely and the views are breathtaking. The inside of the villa is very comfortable and you have everything you need. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the village with a range of restaurants. The management company are really helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another of their villas. Highly recommended!

The Villa itself is gorgeous and private and you will spend most of your time there sitting on the terrace enjoying the sea views. It’s located in private resort with plenty to do, It has a great community atmosphere and has a selection of dining options and shops. The Spa is amazing! Would definitely recommend spending the day there. There is a beautiful infinity pool with stunning views over the mountains. I would recommend a visit, its perfect for a quiet relaxing break and there’s plenty to do in and around the resort.
