Inside, the villa exudes modern elegance with its light-filled, open-plan living spaces. From the lavish marble bathrooms to the Italian-style kitchen units, every detail speaks of quality and sophistication. The spacious living area, accessed through an impressive entrance, features French doors opening onto the pool terrace.

The lounge is tastefully adorned with vibrant colours and furnished with a spacious corner sofa, while the dining area boasts a contemporary table and chairs. The kitchen, equipped with premium Italian units, includes all essential appliances such as an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Additionally, a guest toilet is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Ascending the marble staircase, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite has elegance with parquet flooring, a king-size bed, and a private balcony with expansive sea views. Its en-suite bathroom features twin wash basins and a bath/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a rustic charm with a double bed that can be unzipped to form twin beds, while the third bedroom is configured as a twin with its own sea-view balcony. Both bedrooms share a shower room located in the corridor.

Outside, the villa maintains the same high standards. A covered veranda off the lounge provides a perfect spot for outdoor dining, complemented by a barbecue area and sink. The extensive poolside terrace features sunbeds and a swimming pool, ideal for relaxing on sunny days. Moreover, the beautifully landscaped garden adds to the allure of the outdoor space.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Private one arrival & one departure transfer, daily Breakfast included, daily Maid Service, luxury food hamper (for 5 night stay and over), branded bathroom amenities, unlimited use of the Aphrodite Hills Kids Club (ages 3-12 years only), valid for the duration of stay, The Retreat Spa: Access to Gym, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, valid for duration of stay, without a locker. Access to the hotel health club area indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room) and the splash park of the hotel (summer months), and preferential booking status at Resort Restaurants.

Rates do not include: Pool heating.

An electric Kw/h reading will be made upon arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 400 KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at €0.35 cents. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
