The interior is stylishly furnished to a high standard, with décor hand-selected in collaboration with celebrity interior designer Linda Barker. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private pool and a beautifully landscaped garden.

On the ground floor, an open-plan living space showcases spectacular sea views and includes comfortable seating, satellite TV (full UK, Russian, etc.) with free video on demand, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats six, while the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances for a convenient self-catering stay. This level also includes a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with both a shower and bathtub.

A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one twin and one double—along with a family bathroom. A spacious balcony offers the perfect spot to soak up the late-afternoon sun.

Outside, the villa offers a generous, sunlit garden complete with an 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 1.4m), ample space for lounging and outdoor dining, and a lovely selection of plants and trees.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 250 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request locally, the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 250 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Spacious villa in the village of Neo Chorio. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. on the second - two bedrooms and a bathroom. outside dining area under the roof, swimming pool (about 8m x 4m), barbecue facilities. We always got from the villa to the sea by car. Not far from the villa (3 min.) A very decent restaurant.

A clean pool (but not heated), a tidy area, a sea view, the beds are quite comfortable, all the necessary kitchen and household appliances are available. The location is convenient only if you have a car.

Wow what a great house! At first glance, we thought the house was to be shared, but it was all ours. The view from the roof terrace was indeed great. Lots of space. The support and all required info were professionally arranged. The house itself is located in an area mostly dedicated for tourist. Distance to sea is around 2km.
