This 4-bedroom villa, sleeping up to 6 guests in Peyia, is closely located to the popular family resort of Coral Bay offering complete privacy and breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline.

As you enter the villa into the hallway you will immediately notice the stunning unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding countryside through the unusually large sliding glass doors. The spacious open-plan living area features comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with a MINIX box, a stereo system, and wireless internet for your entertainment. A set of patio doors leads onto the swimming pool terrace. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area featuring an elegant glass dining table. There is also, a small utility room housing the washing machine. A set of patio doors leads onto a furnished covered patio area adjacent to the swimming pool.

The open-plan kitchen has a contemporary feel and is fully fitted with granite worktops and quality furnishings. Additionally, it is fitted with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a hob, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Also, it features a breakfast bar with three high stools.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

On this level, you will also find the first of the villa's bedrooms; a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. In this bedroom, there is a chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

Stairs lead to the first floor, where the remaining bedrooms are located; master bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, and double bedroom. A separate family bathroom is located on this floor.

From the living area, you can access the outside area, where you will find the furnished terrace and private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The large 13m x 5m (depth 1.5m) overflow infinity edge swimming pool with Roman steps takes pride of place in the spacious sunbathing terrace, which is set with ample sunbeds and a poolside shower.

The furnished terrace together with the barbecue allows you to truly enjoy romantic evening meals throughout your stay.

The villa offers off-street parking and covered parking for 1 car.

Please note: The air-conditioning unit in the living area is fitted with an electric saver timer switch (15-minute, 30-minute, and 1-hour interval timers). Children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed at the villa. A maximum of 6 guests are accepted at the villa.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Please note: The air-conditioning unit in the living area is fitted with an electric saver timer switch (15-minutes, 30-minutes and 1-hour interval timers). A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa,2 adults and 3 teenagers. We had 10 days of fun laughter comfortable sleep and wonderful views. The Villa itself is modern and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The Pool area is beautiful and the loungers very relaxing. The pool itself is such a lovely size, 13 x 5 metres is just fantastic in a villa and in our experience very rare. I did 62 lengths every day which was half a mile swim. It helped keep the holiday weight off. The outdoor eating area and bbq were great, and the sink and utilities were great and very clean, we cooked 2 fabulous bbq during our stay. The Villa is easy to find and in a fantastic location on the very tip of a steep hill in a peaceful cul de sac with lovely neighbours. There is very little noise from anywhere apart from the wind. We would 100% come back and stay here without hesitation. Thank you guys for a wonderful holiday home.

It was our first time using the Villa Group and have been pleasantly surprised. We have previously lived in Cyprus and chose not to use a hotel and opted for a Villa. The one we chose in Peyia near Paphos offered everything we needed with a superb view across the infinity pool overlooking the locality across to the sea! Positioned just on the outskirts of the local town it was close enough to get to the local supermarket, local Tavernas and the beach but also lovely and quiet and allowed us to completely relax.

This was our first time using The Villa Group and the service was exceptional. Prior to travelling Lisa was incredibly responsive to all my questions and made the booking process very easy. Lisa also organised car hire (which was at a competitive price) and private airport transfers for members of the family that were arriving at different times. With so many great villas on offer it was a hard decision to agree on which villa to book. We were not disappointed with our choice set in the hills of Peiya which had an unspoilt sea view, was well maintained and in a quiet residental area. During our stay Carrie was very helpful and quickly resolved an issue that we had with the pool. I highly recommend The Villa Group if you are looking to book a villa in Cyprus.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in this villa .when arriving into the villa we was blown away how massive and beautiful the villa was. The infinity pool, the layout the space,THE VIEW...WAW BELIEVE ME A BIG WAWW We went crazy in the master bedroom with a big terrace with stunning view. We found in the villa drinks, milk, bread and all the small essential we needed on our arrivals so we didn't had to worry about food and drinks.There is a supermarket Philippos that is 4-5 min away by car of course.The villa is very beautiful and well designed and well equipped.In the high tech kitchen u find anything u need anything u can imagine is there. The villa is very large,very cheerful and all rooms are faced to the stunning view wherever u sit u can see the wonderful infinity pool with the breathtaking view.The filtration of the pool is 10/10 a gentleman British was taking care of the pool and if we need anything he respond quickly anytime of the day even late at night he is very nice very helpfull.Nothing negative in this villa we felt like we r at home coz everything was perfect nothing missing.The only regret we had was we didn't booked enough days, we do hope to return in summer holidays for long period.
