This 3-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms and top floor outdoor dining terrace with sea views, is located within a short walk of the beach and a few minutes’ drive of Coral Bay with its wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

The property has a modern feel and is both light and airy, comfortably and stylishly furnished.

On the ground floor, there is the first double bedroom with an en-suite with a shower and sliding patio doors.

The living area is open plan with a modern, fully fitted kitchen, dining area seating 6 and a comfortable sofa area with TV. The spacious modern kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.

All rooms are air-conditioned for both cooling and heating and this is included in the prices.

On the first floor, you will find the villa’s further 2 bedrooms; the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is one further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms access a large terrace which has sea views.

There is a small balcony to the front with a table and 2 chairs.

On the top floor, there is a covered dining area and kitchenette and barbecue furnished with a table and chairs being the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal while enjoying magical sunsets.

Outside, there is a large furnished terrace, a private 7m x 3m swimming pool (overall depth of 1.2m) with sunbeds and umbrellas.

NB. The project comprises 3 almost identical villas in a row, and one of the villas will be assigned upon arrival. The layouts and furnishings may differ slightly from our pictures.

Very clean and modern villa. Bedrooms very spacious each with own en-suite and extra toilet downstairs. Rooftop area is lovely with bbq and table and chairs. Pool was great, just the right temperature. Great big beds with plenty of space. Aircon worked extremely well.
