This villa is situated in the picturesque area of Argaka and, with its elevated position, has unbeatable views of the Mediterranean Sea and coastline. The villa is just a short stroll from a beautiful beach and a delightful local restaurant. The vibrant town of Polis is a 10-minute drive away.

Upon entering this exquisite villa, you are welcomed onto the main level where three beautifully appointed bedrooms await. The master bedroom features the added luxury of a private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of which share a well-equipped family bathroom. Each bedroom boasts patio doors that open onto a shared balcony, providing breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque surrounding countryside.

Descending the stairs, you'll discover an expansive open-plan living space that seamlessly combines the living room with sofas and internet TV, the dining area, and the kitchen. A conveniently located guest WC is also available on this level. The living and dining areas are designed to flow effortlessly onto a spacious, furnished terrace.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout. Please note that the air-conditioning units have 2-hourly electric saver timer switches.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

The villa's exterior is crafted for maximum relaxation and enjoyment. It boasts plenty of comfortable furniture and various spaces, perfect for lounging and absorbing the holiday vibes. The outdoor shaded dining area and barbecue are perfect for al fresco dining. The 8m x 4m heated swimming pool, featuring walk-in steps and depths ranging from 1m to 1.7m, is ideally situated for cooling off during the summer months. During January, February, and March, pool heating is included in the booking cost; for the remaining months, please see the rental rates.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels and air conditioning (for cooling & heating). During the months of January, February and March pool heating is included in the cost of the booking.

Rates do not include: Pool heating is an optional extra and is to be booked in advance at the rate of €55 per night. A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

We are a family of 6 that stayed at Villa Nikita for 10 nights. We had a fantastic time! The house was exactly as described and immaculately clean, we felt right at home. The outside area was beautiful, with a great pool which gets the sun all day. The view from the villa was stunning, especially at sunset! The Santa Barbara restaurant, which is only a 5 minute walk from the villa, serves fantastic food. There is also a wonderful beach located just a 5 minute walk away too.Gemma was a fantastic host and could not have been more helpful.

This was our first villa family holiday and the villa was absolutely perfect, well equipped, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Are only concern was at time of booking the villa had not had many reviews, which I believe was down to change of owners/ marketing but wow just wow, the villa is stunning with absolutely everything you need. Our two teenagers spent the majority of time in wonderful pool while we relaxed in fantastic outdoor space enjoying the wonderful terraced garden. We would recommend the fabulous Santa Barbara restaurant which is in walking distance just at the bottom of the road and everything else is very close by but car is recommended. Gemma was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble which just added into the holiday experience and we would without a doubt return here.
