Descending the stairs, you'll discover an expansive open-plan living space that seamlessly combines the living with sofas and internet TV, dining, and kitchen areas. A conveniently located guest WC is also available on this level. The living and dining areas are designed to flow effortlessly onto a spacious, furnished terrace.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels and air conditioning (for cooling & heating).

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Please note that the air-conditioning units have 2 hourly electric saver timer switches.
