The lovely outside terrace offers a wonderful area in which to enjoy the gorgeous backdrop of the Mediterranean - with dining tables and chairs, gas BBQ and a fantastic 10m x 5m private, infinity-edge swimming pool that benefits from the Roman steps entrance. The swimming pool can be heated during the winter months, see rental rates. Lazy days by the pool, family BBQs, cocktails at sunset - however you spend your holiday here, it will be with a sense of calm and serenity that offers guests the opportunity to truly switch off and relax.

Inside, the interiors are bright and modern, with the furniture and fittings to the highest of standards. The ground floor hosts a wonderful, spacious open-plan living area and dining area, with a large kitchen that is fitted with luxurious appliances and a gorgeous island workspace, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine. The living area enjoys stunning sea views via the sweeping glass patio doors, so you can make the most of the scenery even when you’re chilling out indoors.

The ground floor hosts the first of the double bedrooms, which benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This bedroom opens directly onto the poolside patio.

Upstairs, the remaining three double bedrooms are located, all of which are spacious and en-suite. The impressive master bedroom brings the wow factor with incredible sea views, which can be enjoyed by the large balcony that runs the length of the upper floor, facing the sea. This balcony is an amazing spot from which to enjoy a morning coffee, or a glass of your favourite tipple in the evening. It's a 'getting away from it all' vibe that runs throughout the whole villa. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that has a bath and overhead shower, as well as a large walk-in shower. The second double bedroom also has access to the upper balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The third double room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, there is a cool chill-out space with comfortable seating, a TV and games console and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sofa here is a sofa bed, that can sleep two persons.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 600 KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €395 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 600 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, water, milk, a bottle of rose wine, pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available, at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
