This detached 5-bedroom villa is set in a private location just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and within easy reach of all of the resort amenities.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large modern, open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area surrounded by patio doors that lead to the spacious pool and garden area. The living room features comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.

On the same floor, you will find three of the five bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, double bed and widescreen TV, bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed and widescreen TV. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.

On the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth and fifth bedrooms which have two single beds in each. There is also a full-size pool table and table football located here, plus an extra bathroom with a shower and WC.

Outside, in the large spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area, outside shower, sunbeds and a large private pool overlooking the beautiful sea views.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 350 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property (some villas require higher amounts. If this applies to your villa you will be notified in advance). Electricity consumption exceeding the 350 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
