This 3-bedroom villa is in Peyia closely located to the popular family resort of Coral Bay.

As you enter the villa into the hallway you will immediately notice the attention to detail of this villa. The living area is located through the archway where you will find comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a Sony Playstation, a DVD player, wireless internet access and a book collection thoughtfully provided by the owner. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining table seating up to 6.

You will find the villa’s first bedroom located on this floor; a master bedroom suite with a double bed, spacious bathroom, and the luxury of a two-person Jacuzzi and separate sauna. A separate cloakroom is located on the ground floor.

Moving to the first floor you will find two further bedrooms; a twin bedroom with a private furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Making your way along the very impressive floor-to-ceiling glass landing you will find the final bedroom; double bedroom with a four-poster bed, en suite shower, and private furnished balcony with sea views.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

From the living area or kitchen, you can access the outside area where you will find spacious furnished terraces surrounding the 10m x 5m infinity heated swimming pool (depth 0.50m to 1.80m). The swimming pool has a bar built in with seating for 2 persons and also a Jacuzzi. A further Jacuzzi is located on the terrace. The furnished terrace together with the barbecue allows you to truly enjoy al fresco dining.

For the energetic members of the group, a table tennis table is provided.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €500 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked in advance and paid for locally directly to the villa supplier at €90 per day.

This villa is a great holiday space and location. The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived, we found the instructions easy to follow and getting in was trouble free. The bedrooms are all great size and layout. The living area and kitchen are also a great space to eat and rest. The view is stunning and the pool and hot tub are amazing. The location was an excellent base for our trips and there is plenty to do.

This villa has everything and you can hide away from the world easily. We brought a 2 year old and she loved it, loads of outside space, not overlooked, clean and quiet. An absolute gem.

The villa is amazing, with an infinity pool, whirlpool and jacuzzi! There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, which is the main focus of the villa without a doubt. The view to the sea is amazing and with the pool to dip in whenever you want to cool down or just play with your kids, there is little reason to ever leave the villa if I am honest. The place is so private that we spent the vast majority of our time around the pool. The pool was warm all day and we often had dips late at night to just hang over the edge of the infinity pool and enjoy the view. The area itself is lovely. The villa is on a cul-de-sac of maybe a dozen villas and it is very peaceful and relaxing. It's a short drive into coral bay or a bit further into Paphos so a hire car is essential to make the most of your surroundings. There is an excellent supermarket nearby where you can get pretty much everything you need. The villa has a full kitchen and BBQ so you can easily cater at home and there are numerous takeaways nearby.

We had a great week in a wonderful villa. The infinity pool and the hot tub was great and the added luxury of a spa bath and a sauna was superb. The villa had amazing views over the valley and Coral Bay from the poolside patio and both bedroom terraces. The owner was a fantastic host and the welcome pack was much appreciated especially as we arrived late in the evening. The villa was clean, tidy and had all the mod cons including DVD, flat screen TV, psp, stereo and all of the kitchen appliances you could wish for when self catering. We would definitely like to go back again and enjoy these lovely villas! Thanks to the owner and his team: Villa 355862 was fantastic!

We had a fantastic time staying at Villa 355862 in July 2014. The villa is situated in a quiet location and had everything we needed with a lovely clean pool and fantastic views. A good supermarket & restaurants were only 5 minutes drive from the villa. To add, the villa owner was extremely helpful during our stay. We stayed at Villa 355862 for 10 nights in June 2012 and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. The booking and payment procedure was straightforward plus we also hired a car which also made our life easier. On arrival the Villa was stunning in appearance and nicely presented. The floor layout was ideal, spacious and very practical with all the facilities you would need. Externally again the layout was well thought out with a great cooking area, a nice sized pool with fantastic views and 2 Jacuzzi's. The facilities management were very responsive to fix any faulty equipment such as the outside plunge Jacuzzi. The location itself is very good with all amenities close by. One of our best holidays so far and I can categorically state we will be returning in the near future.
