This luxury 2 bedroom villa is in Peyia closely located to the popular family resort of Coral Bay and offers complete privacy and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline. The villa is perfect for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway.

A few steps down leads you to the entrance gate, on opening the entrance gate you will immediately notice the stunning unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding countryside.

On entering the villa you will find the spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area featuring comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with satellite channels, wireless internet access, book collection that the owner has thoughtfully provided and dining table with seating for 4 persons. There is also air-conditioning in the living area.

The fully equipped country style kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, wine stone cellar and washing machine.

The master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite shower room also has the luxury of a roll top Victorian style bath. The final bedroom for this villa is a twin bedroom. A separate shower room is located adjacent to the dining area. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms and is included in the rental price.

From the living area you can access the outside where you will find the furnished terrace, private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The furnished terrace together with the barbecue allows for you to truly enjoy romantic evening meals throughout your stay.

A refundable security deposit of GBP 400 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

The accommodations are everything you look for when on vacation. It is safe, clean, spacious, well equipped, and quiet with magnificent views of the mountains and shoreline. We rented a car and found the location was close to the supermarket, wineries, restaurants, and excellent tourist venues.

The villa more than exceeded expectations. We arrived late at night so couldn't really see the surrounding area however in the morning when the blinds were opened, WOW. We were set high in the valley with views all the way down to the sea. The villa was absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again.

Myself and my wife have just returned from the fantastic Villa 355850 which located in Peyia in Paphos just outside of Coral Bay. Let me start by saying if I could give it 10 stars I would. It was the best holiday we have had to date. From the very start of the booking process to our day of departure everything went like clockwork. The owner of the villa was an absolute gentlemen and organised everything in advance for us. The private transfer from the airport as I didn't want to drive that day.The owner also arranged for a hire car to be delivered to villa at a time which was convenient to us. He even asked for a list of shopping we would like so it would be waiting for us when we arrived. This amongst so many other things jus made it the perfect start to our two week stay. The villa is a perfect romantic getaway very private and not overlooked by any other property's and so quiet you could hear the birds in the nearby trees. The views are Spectacular from the master bedroom the sitting room and the pool area. The mountain views with the distant sound of the goats and the birds was just heaven. The pool was fantastic looking directly into the mountains with ample furniture for eating and sunbathing in this fantastic space. The villa is located just minutes away from the beach and the resort of Coral Bay. The supermarkets are only a few minutes away with all the products you would find at any ASDA or Tesco in the UK. If you are reading this review and thinking should I try this place then all I can say is do it you will no regret a second of your time spent there. The Villa is beautiful and the views were fantastic. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I genuinely cant wait to go back. Our next trip will hopefully be around March 2015.

“Amazing and romantic” (posted on trip Advisor) My husband and I have just spent our honeymoon at villa 355850 in Peyia, Paphos. The views were amazing and quiet and very private. The booking proceedure was excellent. Very helpful and arranged our car rental for us, there was even shopping in for us. They really made the holiday feel very special for us. It was very clean and staff very friendly, it had all the equipment you needed in kitchen. The pool was amazing like getting in warm bath. Big thank you to all who work there x

Everything about Villa 355850 shouts peace, romance and an idyllic holiday. The interior of the master bedroom would put most London boutique hotels to shame, with its freestanding bath, floor to ceiling glass wall, views across the hills and not another villa in sight even though you are only 10 minutes drive away from the hassle and bustle of Coral Bay. Outside the small but beautifully formed infinity pool cascades down the hillside and opens you up to more exquisite scenery and the distant views of the coastline. An ideal escape, perfect for couples on their own or with older children.

The small but lovely infinity pool is just perfect and SO private. This has been a perfect place to escape to in Cyprus, only 2 minutes above Coral Bay to get what you need but far enough for peace and tranquillity. We stayed in Villa 355850 and would recommend it to anyone. Stayed March 2014, travelled as a couple.

The Villa was excellent with a wonderful modern interior and excellent facilities including the lovely infinity pool. The staff could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable all through our stay This is a place to Chill out as a couple or a family and yet you are 2 mins by car from the centre of Coral Bay.
