This spacious 3-bedroom stone villa is located in a peaceful area, offering the most incredible panoramic views of the valley and distant sea views towards Polis and Latchi. The property is in the ideal spot for those seeking a truly quiet and relaxing holiday; yet still wanting to be a short drive from local amenities, beaches and restaurants.

As you enter the villa and turn to your right, you will find the ground floor double bedroom. This elegant double bedroom with quality furniture offers plenty of wardrobe space, a television with satellite channels and an en-suite shower room.

Moving from the front door down the two steps, you will immediately feel how spacious the living room hall is, which features a built-in fireplace. As you turn to the right, you will find the comfortable living area with patio doors that lead out to the swimming pool terrace. There is a flat-screen television with internet TV, DVD player and wireless internet for your entertainment.

To the left, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating 8 guests. The kitchen offers a hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter) and a frappe maker. An adjacent kitchen utility area houses the oven and washing machine as well as extra cupboards and workspace.

There is a guest WC located on the ground floor.

Moving upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and the other with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space and also access to a shared furnished balcony offering stunning sea and countryside views.

Moving outside, you will find the spacious pool terrace, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The 10m x 5m private swimming pool features roman walk-in steps (depths 1m to 1.7m). To the left of the swimming pool, you will find the shaded wooden pergola with a table and traditional Cypriot barbecue, perfect for al-fresco dining.

To the right of the swimming pool, steps lead you up to a second wooden shaded pergola with a picnic seating table.

The spacious grounds provide small green lawned areas around the property and plenty of off-road parking.

For the more energetic guests, there is multi-gym equipment available.

Please note: The changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings may not be accepted.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air-conditioning in bedrooms (for cooling and heating).

Rates do not include: Air-conditioning unit in the living room area, this will be charged locally at 5 Euros per day.

For weddings taking place at the villa, the following applies: Up to 40 guests - a surcharge of Euros 280 applies and is to be paid together with the balance payment. A light cleaning is carried out the morning after the wedding of the outside area only by the villa's cleaning team and is included in the surcharge.

We have recently returned from an amazing holiday at the villa. We booked through The Villa Group who we have used before. Lisa at The Villa Group is great. Lisa communicated well throughout the booking process and up until we left for our holiday. The villa was amazing, a bottle of wine and some essential groceries were left for us by the owner on our arrival, the owner was already at the property waiting for us to arrive and he very kindly showed us around the villa. The owner lives next door to the villa which we found to be very helpful should we need to call on him. The villa itself in situated up in the hills so the views below were simply stunning, the pool was large and at night lit up in beautiful blue lights. It was so peaceful too. We hired a car which you do need and we went to a few restaurants in nearby Polis, Paphos and Peyia. The villa was just so beautiful and spacious that we had a BBQ a couple of nights too. With three double bedrooms two with a balcony there was plenty of room. The little village of Peristerona is just as beautiful with little shops and restaurant. We had an amazing time and we will certainly be going back as we loved it so much.

We just got back last Wednesday from another absolutely amazing holiday at one of the Villa Groups villas in Cyprus. We stayed at property ref: V487023 in the beautiful region of Peristerona. The villa and views are just stunning really, and the owner cant do enough for you, and is at hand if needed. The Villa Group are a fantastic company we have been using them for years. A beautiful villa in a quiet location. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner who even brought us wood for the fire, given that we visited in February the nights were cold. Once again another gem of a villa from The Villa Group. The views from this villa are totally breathtaking, looking out from the private pool area down towards Latchi and Polis and out to sea. The pool was kept clean by the friendly owner every day at approximately 8am and if you were outside he would come over and make sure everything was ok. Inside the villa in the sitting area was a large internet tv for keeping up to date with your soaps and football etc. The kitchen had all the utensils that you would expect. The three bedrooms were big, bright and airy and the two bedrooms on the second floor had a huge shared balcony with the same views as from the pool area. Outside the entrance to the villa they have a large bin which was ideal for dumping rubbish bags as normally you have to put them in the back of the car and dump them later on. I know this sounds weird but it is small things like this that makes the difference for my wife and myself. If you are looking for a private villa with its own pool with views to die for then look no further, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again to The Villa Group and thanks to the owner for having us.

He was kind and generous in his welcome in setting us all up in the property, to daily maintenance and providing us with fresh fruit and local tips on eateries. This probably is one of the best villas we have stayed in - the outlook is fantastic and the property itself, we could not fault. The whole villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is down a quiet track which is easy to access. Fillipos (owner) is a super man, really could not do enough for you but was not intrusive at all, however we enjoyed his company. The pool was cleaned early in the morning before we awoke. The Villa Group, especially Lisa was brilliant, any questions very quickly answered. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend.
