Situated in Argaka, this modern three-bedroom villa with a private pool enjoys a peaceful and quiet location surrounded by beautiful citrus groves. The villa is tastefully furnished and is equipped throughout with high-quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings.

As you enter the villa you will immediately notice the open plan ground floor consisting of a living room furnished with a modern L-shaped sofa, TV with an android box, DVD player and a small book collection.

The adjacent spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, frappe maker and washing machine. The extendable dining table can seat up to 6 guests comfortably.

The first of the bedrooms, a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower room, is located on the ground floor. A separate guest WC completes the ground-floor accommodation.

A staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find the remaining two bedrooms and a large, airy landing with a utility area and sink. The double master bedroom features a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a private balcony which overlooks the pool down towards the sea. The second twin bedroom has its own private balcony and en-suite shower room.

The first floor also features a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy admiring the fantastic views over the top of the citrus groves towards the clear blue waters of the Polis Chrysochous Bay.

Each of the bedrooms and the living room is equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating). Fly screens are fitted throughout and the bedrooms also offer black-out blinds. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are supplied.

Moving outside, you will find the secluded private swimming pool (approximately 9 metres x 3.5 metres) which features Roman steps. The pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A shady pergola next to the pool with comfortable seating provides respite from the heat of the midday sun. The separate outside dining area twinned with the barbecue creates the perfect environment for al fresco dining.
