A beautiful 6-bedroom villa located in the popular area of Universal is ideal for families and large groups wishing to holiday together. The villa is located within walking distance of amenities and a regular bus service operating to Paphos Town, Kato Paphos Harbour, the beach and hotels, shops and restaurants etc.
The spacious open plan living area features two lounge areas with sofas, a fireplace and internet TV including Netflix, a formal dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen, all furnished to a high standard. The full-width folding patio doors from the living area allows access to the covered furnished terrace and private swimming pool.
Three of the villa’s bedrooms are located on the ground floor. A large master bedroom with a beautiful wooden beamed ceiling, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and patio doors leading to the terrace and private swimming pool; a further double bedroom and twin bedroom. A separate shower room is available on this floor.
The villa has the luxury of a further spacious living area located on the first floor. This area has sofas, internet TV, an office space, kitchen with oven and fridge/freezer. The remaining bedrooms for the villa are located on this floor; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a family suite consisting of a twin bedroom and adjacent double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The ground floor living area and bedrooms are air-conditioned via a central system and has central heating available for the cooler months. The first-floor bedrooms have air conditioning units available for cooling and heating.
A baby cot and highchair are available on request. Two camp beds can be provided for children, upon request.
For entertainment you will find table tennis, a small portable pool table and a mini table football.
Outside there is a well screened private 8m x 4m swimming pool (depth 1.2m to 1.60m) and sun loungers (8 sunbeds available). The furnished covered terrace together with the barbecue allow for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed. To the front there is private parking to the side for up to two cars, a side area with a small table and 2 chairs and a landscaped front garden with tall Palm trees.
