The villa is one of the most spacious three bedroomed properties on the resort with great views over the 10th fairway and lake.
The property features a large, open plan living and dining area with a vaulted ceiling and french doors that open out onto the rear terrace. Interior features large sofas, marble staircases, free Wi-Fi, plasma screen TV, comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option, DVD Player and iPod docking station.
The villa has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom; the first double and the twin are found on the mezzanine level (off the living area). The double room opens out to the poolside terrace through double doors and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The twin room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, and also has a door that opens out to the side of the villa which leads to the poolside terrace. The lovely master bedroom is found upstairs on the first floor, and has plenty of wardrobe space, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a pretty balcony that overlooks the pool, garden and golf course.
The rear patio doors open out onto the terrace with views over the 12m x 6m heated private swimming pool and private, landscaped gardens. There is an outside dining table, sunbeds for all, gas BBQ and outdoor food preparation area.
The addition of a wooden decked area with comfortable seating is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine whilst overlooking the beautiful lake on the 10th fairway.
The upper front terrace has a dining table and chairs for relaxing and dining and has panoramic views of the resort and the sea beyond.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all year round comfort. The villa also provides a well-designed and equipped family kitchen.

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 500 KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €330 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 500 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, water, milk, a bottle of rose wine, pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available, at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
