This charming 3-bedroom detached villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to amenities at Coral Bay, including bars, restaurants and a local supermarket. The nearest beach is located only 520m from the villa.

This two-storey property offers central heating and air conditioning throughout (see rental notes).

As you enter the property you will find the bright and airy living area with leather sofas and large patio doors which lead out to the pool/gardens. For your entertainment, you will find wireless internet, a flat screen TV with an android system. A beautiful stone archway leads you through to the fully equipped kitchen offering granite worktops, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer and a wooden dining table seating 6 guests.

A utility cupboard is located outside where you will find the washing machine.

A double bedroom with an adjacent shower room is also located on the ground floor.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The final bedroom for the villa is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower. Both bedrooms share access to a balcony with stunning sea views as well as overlooking the infinity swimming pool.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

The 10m x 4m private infinity swimming pool (depth 1.50m) is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The outdoor dining area combined with the barbecue creates the perfect area for alfresco dining. A few steps from the swimming pool area leads you to a fruit orchard where you will find seasonal orange, lemon and grapefruit trees allowing you to pick and enjoy. Off-street gated parking is available for up to 3 cars.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 10 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, pool/bathroom towels and air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance together with the balance payment of €300 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Central heating during the winter months is available at €35 per night and must be requested in advance. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Excellent property in a good location close the Coral bay and beach. The inside of the property is nicely equipped, clean, functional and stylish. The master bedroom is a good size with a good bathroom, however the other two ensuite bathrooms are very small. But the rooms themselves are double rooms and perfectly functional and perportioned. Outside the Vila nicely equipped with BBQ and seating for alfresco dining.

The booking process was managed very well by Lisa. We were unsure about paying by bank transfer as it was a late booking and chose to provide ID documents in order to pay by credit card. Lisa was speedy and efficient in dealing with this. The driving directions and villa instructions were helpful. The villa was lovely; spotlessly clean and well equipped. The villa is really well situated in a quiet residential street. It was so peaceful and a lovely place to relax and soak up the sun. It's a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach (Corallia I think) so a perfect location for us. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and having seating out there adds even more choice about where to sit and enjoy it all. The garden and pool are beautiful, we enjoyed using the BBQ and eating al fresco. We can't think of many ways the villa could be improved apart from maybe a couple more chopping boards, a spare tea towel and a bread knife! One of the outdoor chairs was broken (leg unstable) we put it aside but I'm sorry I forgot to leave a note about it. The bedrooms were great for us and our three children although it's a bit of a squeeze in the twin room where it's hard to open the wardrobes or bathroom door easily. The air con was useful to give the odd blast of cool air, we didn't really need it but I imagine it would be much appreciated in the hotter months. The welcome pack is good too as we arrived late and were glad there were basic provisions. We'd love to go again as we didn't have a chance to explore as much of the area as we would have liked. The villa and garden were so lovely, we were happy to chill out there!
