This charming 3-bedroom villa, recently renovated, is nestled in the picturesque village of Goudi.

Upon entry, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan layout comprising a cosy living space, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The highlight of the living area is a magnificent wood burner, perfect for chilly evenings. Easily accessible wood can be found in nearby supermarkets. The living area is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a flatscreen TV.

A hallway leads to the villa's three bedrooms: a master bedroom, a double room, a twin room, and a shared family shower room. The family shower room accommodates the washing machine. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating, along with ceiling fans for added comfort.

The patio doors from the living area open up to a furnished terrace outside, complete with a spacious dining table for delightful al-fresco meals. Surrounding the inviting 8m x 4m swimming pool (depth 1.70m), equipped with walk-in steps, are sunbeds for relaxation. You can enjoy the opportunity to harvest ripe oranges from the trees on the premises during their peak season.

Within a short 10-minute walk (uphill), you will find a quaint traditional coffee shop, Kafeneio, and the beautiful St. George church.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, welcome grocery pack, and mid-stay clean for stays exceeding 9 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €200 is required to be paid in advance together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Air conditioning in the living area, if required, the charge is €12.50 per night and must be paid in advance.

Clean house, with all the amenities we needed especially in the kitchen. It has a big area outside and is in a really peaceful environment with no noises. Close to Latchi beaches, about 15 minutes drive and 8 minutes drive to Polis Chrysochous. Really friendly and helpful host.
