The villa is located in the sought-after Sunrise project which offers a clean, calm and well-built environment. The popular Coral Bay, a 500-meter-long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue-flag bay and is less than a 10-minute walk. This villa is all about location as the popular Coral Bay strip is only a 5 minute walk away, where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars..

The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with comfortable sunbeds, setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquillity. If you prefer a little shade, this is provided by the covered outside dining area, where you will be welcomed with a dining set.

Through high doors, you will be able to access the fully air-conditioned living room, which is furnished with two sofas gathered around a modern coffee table, which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky Sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, making the property feel like a home away from home.

The 4 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 8 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging.

The first private air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, providing ease for the elderly or any mobility-impaired guests.

The first floor boasts 2 large air-conditioned rooms, which can accommodate 4 adults with ease. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to a veranda which provides elevated views of the garden area and an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The fourth private air-conditioned bedroom on the lower ground floor level has 3 single beds that can accommodate 3 adults with ease.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 10 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, pool/bathroom towels and air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €300 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

What a wonderful location. When you open the front door you can see through the house a beautiful blue sea view. Views absolutely to travel for! the garden accesses a rocky patch with access to a lovely sea (some light climbing down required) which is so secluded and beautiful. a very relaxing stay and close to Coral Bay with all its amenities and Arapis beach where we love the beach and getting seafood meze. parking for 2 cars. lots of bedrooms. a clean, large and simple house perfect for a beach holiday with some of the best views you can have! thanks to the hosts :-)
