Famagusta

The Famagusta region on the south-east coast of Cyprus is home to some of the island's best-loved beaches. Our villas here are in and around Protaras, Ayia Napa, Kapparis and Ayia Thekla, with calm, clear water that makes the area a favourite for families. Larnaca Airport is the nearest airport.

Where to stay

Protaras is relaxed and family-friendly, with Fig Tree Bay and a string of sandy coves, and plenty of restaurants along its main road. Ayia Napa is livelier, with Nissi Beach, a busy harbour and more nightlife. Kapparis and Ayia Thekla are quieter spots close to both, ideal if you want peace with the beaches and restaurants a short drive away.

• Beaches: Fig Tree Bay, Konnos Bay and Nissi Beach, with shallow, clear water and watersports.
• Cape Greco National Forest Park, between Protaras and Ayia Napa, for walking and cycling trails, sea caves, cliffs and some of the clearest water on the island.
• Boat trips along the coast from Protaras and Ayia Napa harbour.
• Ayia Napa Monastery, a peaceful medieval monastery in the centre of town.
• WaterWorld Waterpark in Ayia Napa, a great day out for children.

Getting around

Larnaca Airport is the nearest airport. A hire car makes it easy to explore the coast, and many villas are within walking distance of a beach or restaurants. Ask us about car hire and airport transfers when you book.
