This newly refurbished three bedroom villa is located in a residential area within a short drive of the beach and walking distance to the village amenities. This is a nice choice for families, couples, and a group of friends who wish to have a convenient, relaxing, and peaceful stay.
The open plan living area has L-shaped sofas and for entertainment, there is internet TV. Patio doors from the living area lead to the furnished terrace. There is a separate WC on this level.
The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and features an island with 3 bar stools. The formal dining area seats 6. The outside can be accessed from both the kitchen and dining area.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout and this is included in the rental rate.
Moving to the first floor there are two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the twin bedrooms has access to a furnished balcony with views of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean Sea.
The final bedroom is a studio. The studio’s entrance is accessed either by one of the twin bedrooms via the furnished balcony or a spiral staircase from the ground floor terrace to the first-floor balcony. Within the studio, there is a double bed, a kitchen area with a fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave and an en-suite shower room.

The outside furnished terrace has sunbeds for relaxing under the Cyprus sunshine and a furnished area for alfresco dining to be enjoyed together with the barbecue provided. For those who want the ultimate relaxation, there is an outdoor luxury hot tub.
Off-street parking is available for one car.
The gated Communal swimming pool (depths 0.9m, 1.3m to 1.8m) with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas is found within a mere 3-minute walk of the villa.
