Situated within landscaped gardens, this 4-bedroom villa is located in the exclusive Sea Caves area. Only 6 kms from the bustling popular area of Coral Bay, the villa also offers the convenience of a charming small beach just a short walk away.

Featuring a grand sweeping driveway with two entrance gates in a semicircle, this villa offers ample off-street parking.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious hallway leading to an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with a breakfast bar and stools. The living area provides comfortable seating and TV for your entertainment.

The ground floor includes a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with ample wardrobe space and en-suite shower rooms. A guest WC is also conveniently located on this floor.

Upstairs, you'll find the master double bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room with 'his' and 'hers' sinks, and access to a shared balcony. The second double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and large patio doors leading to an impressive balcony with comfortable rattan furniture, offering stunning sea views and overlooking the swimming pool.

A baby cot and highchair are available and a charge is paid locally directly to the property manager. The cost is €50 per 7 nights for a baby cot and a highchair. Both items must be requested prior to arrival.

Air conditioning is available through the villa and included in the rental cost. The air-conditioning units are fitted with electric saver timer switches (1, 2, 3 and 4 hours).

Outside, enjoy the private 10m x 5m swimming pool with a depth of 1.4m and roman steps. The pool area is surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine.

An outdoor seating area and gas barbecue provide the ideal setting for al-fresco dining.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning, welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. If a mid-stay clean with linen change is required this must be requested in advance and a charge of €120 is payable.

Note: This villa is not available to single sex groups (i.e. family bookings only). Groups under 30 years old are not accepted at this villa. The air-conditioning units are fitted with electric saver timer switches (1, 2, 3 and 4 hours).

The Villa's place is marvelous, with a fantastic view for the sunset. The pool was a little bit to warm, but there is no switch-off for the sun :) The kitchen is awesome and full furnished, more than you need. We had a fantastic stay here and we hope we can come back in the future

Stunning villa in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need. Pool was very good although it was the same depth with no shallow end for non swimmers or children. The villa exceeded our expectations. It was quiet but close enough to local amenities and places of interest. The pool was lovely although our wetsuits were a good decision for off-season swimming. We found that the villa was ideally situated in comparison with many others nearby and the 180-degree sea view could not have been much better!
