Surrounded by pomegranate trees orchards, citrus groves and banana plantations, this charming 5-bedroom villa is an oasis of tranquility and privacy, yet it is only a short drive from a bustling resort of Coral Bay.

Situated only 350 m from the seafront in the prestigious Sea Caves area, the whole property is encircled with established greenery, and boasts spacious interior and outdoor areas with a large swimming pool as well as views of the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The ground floor offers an exceptionally spacious living area featuring a working fireplace, ample sofa seating, coffee tables and a small library with book collection.

For your entertainment there is a Flat screen internet TV, DVD player and wireless internet connection.

Separated by an archway is a generously sized kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster dishwasher and dining table seating 6. The utility room housing the washing machine is joined to the kitchen by a connecting door.

Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with patio doors leading to a swimming pool terrace.

The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor. A couple of steps lead you to the spacious double bedroom suite with a wardrobe, large and modern en-suite bathroom, bay windows and patio doors with direct access to the terrace.

A small corridor leading to a shower room and a separate entrance from the parking area complete this floor.

Stairs take you to the first floor's corridor and remaining bedrooms (there is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs).

The spacious master double bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe, grand bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub, 'his and her' sinks, bay windows and patio doors with access to balcony boasting lovely views over the swimming pool area, sea and green surroundings.

The remaining three bedrooms on this level comprise of two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, sharing a family bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and 'his and her' sinks.

One of the twin bedrooms offers patio doors leading to a balcony. A practical kitchenette equipped with a small fridge and sink is located along the hallway, very useful to have your cold drinks handy.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout. Baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Outside the 12m x 6m (depth 1.10-1.75 m) private heated swimming pool (see rental rates) with walk-in steps is surrounded by a substantial sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower.

There is purpose built barbecue area with built in barbecue and additional sink unit as well as a shaded seating area, perfect for al fresco dining.

Immediately surrounding the villa are carefully manicured green areas abundant with trees, herbs and shrubbery.

For the more energetic guests there is a table tennis table located outside.

With its lovely private location; this is a wonderful venue for hosting small family celebrations, retreats or weddings etc (please contact us for details).

Families will appreciate a nice snack bar/restaurant located 420 m from the villa, offering a playground and grass area as well as nice seating providing beautiful views of the sea and amazing sea caves formations. There is also a path at the sea front leading to another restaurant (operating in summer months) nearby - 1.2 km.

The villa offers a shaded parking space for up to 2 vehicles with additional parking space available along the driveway.

PRICE NOTES

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include:
Air-conditioning if required is to be paid locally at 6 Euro per day per unit.
Pool heating (the months of October to April) must be booked in advance at least 7 days before arrival for duration of stay and paid locally on arrival at 40 Euro per day.

Please note: A refundable damage deposit of 300 Euro is payable by credit card on arrival and refunded 7-10 days after departure subject to a villa inspection.
If a wedding or an event is being held at the villa, please note that the security deposit will be 600 Euros.

For weddings or functions taking place at the villa the following special rates apply:
Up to 40 guests permitted for an event
A surcharge of 500 Euros is to be paid locally directly to the owner.
No additional guests are allowed to attend the property (apart from the day of the event) without the prior written consent from The Villa Group. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa.

Sea Caves

The area of Sea Caves is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The Sea Caves coastline is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory. The Sea Caves offers the ideal place to enjoy walks along the cliffs and unwind from it all. Coral Bay is less than a 10-minute drive from the area. Coral Bay is a family oriented area and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities.
