This brand new (March 2019) 3 bedroom villa furnished to a high standard is in Peyia and within a 5 minute drive of the popular family resort of Coral Bay.

The modern and spacious open plan living area features comfortable sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, wireless internet access, sound system, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast bar.

The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the outside.

Moving upstairs you will find two further bedrooms; the master bedroom with bathtub and a walk-in shower. The last bedroom is a double bedroom with a wet room. Both bedrooms have private balconies with views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout and a security alarm system.

From the living area, you can access the outside where you will find the furnished terrace, 12m x 4m swimming pool (with depths 1m to 1.6m) and hot tub. The furnished terrace together with the barbecue allows for you to truly enjoy al fresco dining. For the more energetic members of the group, there is table tennis to be enjoyed.

Villa Golden Shore is just as good as the photos! We will be back. Located in a secure gated complex of just 6 villas, our stay was quiet and peaceful. A hire car is definitely recommended but Coral Bay and Pegeia are only a 5min drive away and Paphos Harbour is 20/25min. The villa is very modern and clean, with some excellent touches such as smart curtains, smart TV with the ability to connect to Apple TV and Netflix, great Wi-Fi, a built-in Bluetooth sound system and 5-star hotel quality bedrooms (with pillow menu) and bathrooms. Outside facilities were great too with an excellent dining area, BBQ, table tennis table, hot tub and infinity pool. There are stunning views towards the sea, Potima beach, and Paphos in the distance. Communication with Stephanie and Michalis was excellent before, during and after our stay. We were able to organise in-villa treatments with a recommended therapist. Our request for a cot and high chair was no problem, and both were waiting in the villa on arrival for our young daughter too. Arrival and departing food gifts were also much appreciated and a great touch. Highly recommended!!
