The villa consists of the main building featuring 3 bedrooms and an independent 2-bedroom apartment with separate access, which is the ideal option for people wishing to holiday within a group, yet wanting to keep their own privacy at the same time.

The grand marble staircase leads you up to the villa's main entrance.

Upon entering the villa you will immediately notice the elegantly furnished dining area which leads you into a cosy conservatory furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee table and a flat-screen TV. Patio doors provide direct access to the private swimming pool terrace and stunning views.

The adjacent living area offers ample sofa seating, coffee tables, a decorative fireplace and a flat-screen TV.

The adjoining fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee machine and dishwasher. It also features a dining table seating 8 persons.

The separate door leads to a second kitchen, where you can find a washing machine, dishwasher, sink, gas hob and water cooler. This is a unique element of this villa, bliss for a keen chef within your party and perfect for special catering events.

The main kitchen boasts patio doors leading onto the terrace featuring a built-in barbecue and an informal dining table.

From the indoor dining area, four steps lead up to the villa bedrooms' wing, where you will find 3 bedrooms of this spectacular property.

The master double bedroom is elegantly furnished with dark wood furniture and features an en-suite bathroom, ample wardrobe space, flat screen TV and direct access to the shared balcony.

A further bedroom is a double bedroom with en-suite shower rooms, flat-screen TVs and direct access to the shared balcony. The remaining bedroom is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the shared balcony.

Each bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit and offers a plentiful wardrobe space. A baby cot and highchair are offered upon request.

A separate guest's WC completes this level.

The independent apartment is located on the ground level of the villa and can be accessed via steps from the pool terrace or also from the parking area. It features its own furnished entrance terrace overlooking the valley, open plan living room with sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. There is a double and a twin bedroom boasting large windows, which both share a family bathroom.

Air conditioning is available throughout the villa for cooling and heating. For the winter months, central heating is available in the main villa (see rental rates).

For the more energetic guests, a pool table room is provided, accessible by stairs from the dining area.

The outdoor areas around the private swimming pool are surrounded by none other than Cyprus' rural scenery, thus providing the ultimate serenity and privacy.

The generous patio area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a swing bench and a relaxing egg chair for you to unwind under the Cypriot sun.

The large marble table offers a unique al-fresco setting for family gatherings and special dining times.

The large tailor-shaped swimming pool measures 10m x 5.5m with walk-in steps (constant depth of 1.5m) providing the ideal opportunity to cool down while admiring breathtaking views. The pool has a constant depth of 1.5m making it child-friendly.

A beautiful gazebo situated on the side of the swimming pool is equipped with relaxing furniture, offering you an area to sit and enjoy the stunning views the surrounding areas offer. It is also a perfect setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 60 guests.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, air conditioning in the bedrooms, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €850 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. The large air conditioning units in the living area if required are charged at €10 per unit per day (there are 3 air conditioning units in the living area). Central heating at €40 per day.

Wedding conditions: Weddings (ceremony and reception) are permitted for up to 60 guests. Please note that only weddings organised by The Villa Group Weddings are accepted at the villa.
