This magnificent villa is located in the hills above Kissonerga, a short drive to the popular resort of Coral Bay, offering some of the best panoramic views of the Mediterranean and here you can enjoy amazing sunsets every night. This villa is completely private with no neighbouring villas and all furniture has been carefully selected to create a modern and comfortable atmosphere. This villa has everything you can imagine necessary for a perfect holiday and more!
In this exquisite setting, the villa offers the perfection location for a wedding ceremony and reception held within the grounds.
Upon entering this villa you will find the large open plan living/dining and kitchen area. This area is furnished to the highest standards and offers a large white leather corner sofa with matching leather arm chairs and poufs.
For entertainment you will find a flat screen TV with satellite TV and DVD player placed on a small wall separating the living area from the dining area.
This villa has a wireless internet connection.
The dining area is equipped with a large dining table and comfortably seats up to 12 guests. On the small wall you will also here find a flat screen TV with satellite TV as well as a stereo system.
From the dining area a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools connects the dining area to the modern kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self catering all in the best quality. The combination of black, white and steel creates a clean look and a great area to prepare a meal for the entire family. In the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer with built in water cooler and ice maker, electric oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker as well as a blender.
On the ground floor you will also find the first 2 bedrooms of this villa. The first bedroom is a double bedroom beautifully furnished with a double bed, a small table and 2 chairs. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a large window allowing the light to flow into the bathroom. The bathroom is designed with an adjacent toilet. The large glass patio doors creates a light atmosphere and offers direct access to the swimming pool area from this bedroom as well as amazing sea views.
The second bedroom on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with modern furniture including a small table and 2 chairs. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well as direct access to the patio area through large glass patio doors.
On the ground floor you will also find a separate laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board as well as a separate guest WC.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads the way up to the mezzanine level. Here you will find a games room which can keep children occupied for hours!
The games room offers an air hockey table, table football, board games as well as children's toys. In here you will also find a flat screen TV equipped with a WII games console and a home cinema sound system with DVD player. The games room is equipped with a bunk bed which can accommodate 2 children. A sofa bed is available in this room upon request. The games room also benefits from the luxury of an en suite bathroom.
Moving up to the first floor of this villa you will find a further 2 bedrooms. A double bedroom with a small table and 2 chairs as well as an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and adjacent toilet. The large glass doors gives access to a small private balcony equipped with a table and 2 chairs offered the most amazing views of the sea and sunsets.
The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with adjacent toilet. This bedroom also has a private balcony offering amazing views and the large glass doors allows for you to enjoy the amazing views the moment you wake up.
The villa is air conditioned throughout with air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as the living/kitchen area (see rental rates). For winter months, underfloor heating is available (see rental rates).
A baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Hairdryers are provided in every bedroom.
Large glass patio doors lead the way from the living/dining area to the outside patio area. The large patio area is equipped with plenty of garden chairs and table underneath the white pergola providing shade for a lunch in the warm summer days. Lounge furniture allows for a relaxing time underneath the pergola. A large window from the kitchen creates a bar with the outside patio and 3 bar stools can be found outside.
Underneath the pergola you will also find a pool table for entertainment as well as a flat screen TV.
A raised patio area is equipped with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for you to enjoy the Cypriot sun.
The 6m x 12m infinity swimming pool (overall depth 1.40m) offers you an opportunity to cool down and is also equipped with small water fall details. A Jacuzzi designed to seat up to 6 guests is also available outside (jacuzzi heating - see rental rates). The Jacuzzi is approximately 90 cm deep and can therefore also be used as a children's paddling pool when the jets are switched off. The Jacuzzi is conveniently located next to the swimming pool.
The barbecue area next to the swimming pool offers plenty of chairs and tables for you to enjoy the experience of outdoor dining. Next to this you will also find an outdoor shower as well as a separate toilet saving you the trouble of going inside the villa when enjoying a day out in the sun.
The whole patio area is fenced with glass fence providing security but still allowing for you to enjoy the most breathtaking sea views no matter which activity you are enjoying outside; a swim in the pool, a lay down on the sun beds or simply enjoying a good book on the lounge furniture.
A flight of outdoor steps will lead the way down the hill to the studio. This is the perfect hideaway for someone who wishes to enjoy the facilities of the villa but still wants to have privacy from the rest of the group. The studio is a double bedroom benefiting from a small kitchenette equipped with fridge, toaster, sandwich maker and kettle. The studio also has a bathroom with a large window offering you amazing views. Please note that wireless internet connection from the main villa is not available within the studio.
The studio is also air conditioned and for entertainment you will find a flat screen TV and DVD player.
From the studio the outdoor path leads the way to the private tennis court of this villa equipped with also a basket hoop. Here you will also find a table tennis table.
A door leads the way to the unique feature for this villa; a full size squash court! The squash court also benefits from an adjacent shower room. In here you will also find the sauna designed for up to 6 guests.
Further down the side of the villa you will find the fitness room. This room offers plenty of gym equipment for the more active guests. Fully equipped with treadmill, bicycle, weights and multi purpose machines this room offers you anything you might need. Full size mirrors on the windows and beautiful views of the lemon tree orchards when windows are opened. The fitness room also benefits from air conditioning.
Available at the villa are tennis, table tennis and squash racquets as well as a basket ball.
To the sides of the villa you will find a large grassed area offering a swing set for the younger members of the group.
At the front of the villa you will find parking for up to 5 cars as well as access to the indoor garage offering parking for up to another 2 cars. From the garage you have direct access to the villa. The villa is gated with electric gates at the front.
