This three bedroom villa in a quiet corner of a residential cul de sac is within a few minutes walk of all the amenities the resort of Coral Bay has to offer, including the Blue Flag beach.

The open plan ground floor is furnished with leather sofas, a coffee table, TV with satellite system, DVD player, music system, wireless internet connection, a formal dining table seating 6 and guests WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The three bedrooms are located on the first floor; a master double bedroom with a private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool, two twin bedrooms and a full family bathroom.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

All 3 bedrooms, the living area and dining area are equipped with air conditioning units which are included in the price.

The private 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive paved terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an poolside shower. A barbecue is supplied for outdoor dining.

A gated driveway leads to private parking and flower borders add a splash of colour to the property perimeter.

From browsing your website when originally looking for a villa to book right through to arriving there and having a lovely relaxing 2 week break, your company has provided an excellent service. Before booking the villa, I narrowed my choice down to 3 villas and contacted your office for advice on which one to choose. Your staff were more than helpful in assisting me. Your booking and payment procedure was very simple and effective, just what is needed. On the day we were due to leave, in line with your guidelines, we were ready to vacate the villa at 11. At 10.30 one of your representatives arrived to inform us that, as there was no-one else coming in that day, we could stay longer if we wanted. This was excellent news as our flight was not until 4pm and we would have been hanging round the airport for a few hours. On your recommendation, we had arranged a return taxi ransfer through Acropolis Taxis so we contacted them to arrange a later pick up which they did without hesitation. The taxi driver who picked us up and dropped us off was a lovely man who could not do enough for us.
